  1. Call there customer service and asked to be transferred to the digital online team and they will help you. You must have the correct birthdate and it must match your passport or birth certificate in order to board the ship.
  2. In reference to the canceled sailings that received upgrade letters, it was a computer glitch. If you have a valid sailing, I would call MSC just to be 100%.
  3. Typically no they will not. Just make sure it does NOT have a surge protector.
  4. Service grate are usually charged day 2 or 3 and any money you have in that account the grass will be debited against that money,,,,, If you have money at the end of the cruise just go up to guest services to draw it out.
  5. Personalized service. I have a food allergy and every night they went out of their way to accommodate and also keep French onion soup on hand every night.
  6. Yes 8 out of 9 of our Msc's cruises have been in the Yacht Club! Much better all over!
  7. I would not use Hola as your free meal-choose on or the other. Hola has a all you can eat for $18
  8. Are there any other perks for the Royal Suite other than the usual YC benefits? I know on newer ships they reserves a ship cabana...
  9. Just curious-does Divina YC pool have cabanas like Seascape/Seashore?
  10. It is a chocolate martini from Venchi’s chocolate shop. They are so good but not covered under any drink plan!
  11. YC for sure. Just remember the Executive Family Suite does not have a balcony just floor to ceiling windows.
