  1. You have 3 of my 4 favorites: 5 Skies Rock Opera Spotlight Bar Enjoy!
  2. Are regular (non-suite) pax able to see a "Broadway-type" show without a ticket? I read somewhere where the Concierge got a ticket to a show for someone. I am just a balcony so I wouldn't have a concierge, wondering if I should cancel
  3. Houston we've got a problem .... an Alaska one out of SF looks really good IF it actually goes to Victoria. Will ask them today if I can drop Koda off Friday am & pick up Tuesday night (11 days). Now to see who's on that roll call and research Crown ... 🤔
  4. @chamima I completely understand as I've been looking for alternatives (other than Alaska .... ). I have to decide in the next 30 days. Most of Europe is booked out & I just got back from Australia -> Japan. Decision time Hope we meet up on a future cruise
  5. Yeah ..... those 3 depts can achieve their objects without wasting so much floor space As ships get larger i find myself looking for smaller alternatives (note to self: must try Coral) I realize that we want slightly different things outside of those 2-3 but it'd be nice if there was a line that had both (albeit on different ships)
  6. In that case: > bring back a Pacific Princess size ship > all balconies > largest piazza possible with IC & OMalleys on Deck 5, Vines & SDG on Deck 6 > minimize Art Gallery & Photo Gallery by utilizing display screens rather than wall space freeing up more open space > restructure internet Cafe to just be an info desk sharing space with Future Cruise (O.N.E Office)
  7. I guess it all depends on the voyage and what PCL needs to eliminate in order to fit that lounge in. IMHO eliminating something as large as the Vista Lounge for the entire voyage to fit in a lounge dedicated to 1 Captain Circle class isn't practical. And yes, there have been over 700 elites on my recent voyages.
  8. PLEASE come back and let us know apx % actually have formal attire on
  9. Thank you!! I'm boarding 9/23/24. Yeah .... with all the rav impressions I'm waiting on booking more than 1 until I see for myself before leaving Royal Class ships. ======////======= Hoping it lives up to our expectations and the angst posted is just PCL adjustment pains. Not too happy about needing a ticket for performances but we shall see how that plays our
  10. @Retired-N-Happy what did you find was a good place to relax and listen to musicians when you were on the Sun Princess? Asking bc final payment date is rapidly approaching. Thx
  11. 2 questions: 1. Musicians: do they have several options at a time and where 2. Buffet: can I get my salad as I want or is it only "pre-made" After so many cruises, I find the game shows boring & redundant
  12. Doesn't that really slow things down if the staff makes a salad according to each person's wants or are they only prepare stuff that I would need to dump on a plate and redo?
  13. I thought sphere class has that ... saw it on the Royal Princess and despite being a little small, looked nice. There are now so many Elites that JMHO the 'new lounge' should be for just them. Otherwise it needs to be as large as Vista Lounge (which is where the P-E lounge was each night and yes, it filled up)
  14. I've been thinking about going on the Island. I've heard the buffet is in the front with wrap around windows. Should find a food plan and check it out ✔
