I think the last time I posted was 2 weeks ago. I am down another 2.5# since then for a total of 10# lost in 5 weeks.

Hi all!

ozarkmama ~ WTG! 10 lbs is what I need to lose (again) to get to my 1st goal.

You know where 2.2 of those lbs went, right Jan?;)

I was surprised to remain the same after the dinners & lunch out I've had this past week. Last night I had 1 1/2 pieces of pie with a little bit of real whipped cream & voila! I didn't eat the crust tho' so maybe that helped.:o

Sure hope Belle checks in this week! Wonder where shootr & some of the others are?

Jan, don't worry about the couple of lbs., it was for a good reason!

Ozarkmama, good going, feels great to lose 10 lbs.

Jo, I too was surprised I didn't gain. I ate out Saturday lunch and dinner and went to a BBQ on Sunday but I stayed the same. Yeah.

I leave next Friday for my cruise, would like to be down a little more but at least I've lost some.

Hi all

Congrats to those who had a good week and encouragement to those who didn't. I've been on both sides, so I understand. Another week ahead to work at it!

I lost the 2# that I had gained last week. I was so discouraged last week after working so hard but gaining. Maybe I'm gaining muscle? I'm hoping so!

I'm still working towards my goal of logging 800 miles in 16 weeks prior to my next cruise. After 6 weeks I'm at 284 miles, so just a little behind pace. I'm finding it harder now that the "lazy" days of summer are over. Kids are back in school and so activity-wise it's much busier. I need 1 1/2-2 hours a day to work out to stay on pace. I'm going to try hard this week to make up a little bit that I'm behind. I'm feeling SO much stronger these past few weeks so it must be doing something! :p

I forgot to weigh myself this morning. I am sure that I am still up.

I am worried about Belle. I hope that all is ok with her.

Congrats to the losers and stay the samers.

Jan, you and I will have to commiserate with each other.
