    Looks like "lots of door decorations" is common now. That's actually why I'm asking. I see pictures of lots of decorations here and on social media sites. I haven't cruised in a while and I don't recall seeing so many. Also, I thought it was prohibited but obviously it's not.

    Are door decorations, hanging objects, magnets etc. allowed to be placed on outside of cabin door? I thought that they were prohibited as they would constitute a fire safety hazard. I tried to look on Holland America website but was unable to find any documentation on the subject. Does anyone know?

    @Beer Belly Keep checking. We also pulled the trigger on our March sailing at $69.99 pppd Now senior discount (65+) shows $64.99 pppd. Cancelled and rebooked at lower price.

    Researched it just now and found answer on Rcl blog forum to be: "Senior offer for Deluxe Beverage Package applies to guests age 65 or older."

    @Ourusualbeach OP is making reference to a senior discount now showing on his cruise for the Deluxe Beverage Package. My question was NOT about s discount for booking a cruise. Question age required for beverage senior discount (should the offer show up in my planner for my particular cruise)?
