Cool Cruiser

Cool Cruiser (2/15)

  1. I've used port canaveral parking twice, most recently this past January. I think they are great. They're friendly and efficient. I actually just booked them again this week for a sailing I have in August.
  2. The buses were very nice. They used large buses and mini-buses when we were there. We both said we would use GoPort in the future if we were willing to trade time for money.
  3. I've used GoPort for parking within the past two years. They aren't taking as many cruise ships now, so maybe departure day has improved. We were there for a May cruise on the Mardi Gras. We waited in a metal building with no A/C on old church pews. We waited at least 45 minutes for a shuttle. The return experience was a little better. I prefer portcanaveralparking. I've used them twice and both times it was a fantastic experience.
  4. I’m on the MSC Seashore. We were supposed to be at costa Maya today, but it has been canceled due to weather. We’re just hovering near the coast just south of Cozumel and will dock in Cozumel tonight.
  5. I read more than I post, but I wanted to say how excited I was to see a LIVE from you in the feed today. I hope the weather doesn't slow you down today.
  6. I took a non-surge protected outlet that is supposedly “cruise approved” 🙂 that I got about a year or so ago on Amazon when I went on the Seaside in August. It wasn’t a problem at all.
  7. I remember I joined before my first cruise. There was really nowhere else really to find information about cruising. And you don’t know what you don’t know. Cruise Critic was also the only place to find roll calls and chat with people going on your sailing. Thanks for being here Cruise Critic and everyone who makes up the community.
  8. My flat iron worked fine, then another time I got ready to use it, it wouldn't heat up at all. I unplugged a razor and boom, it immediately started heating up. So my theory is the flat iron draws a lot of power and if you have something else plugged in drawing power, one of them won't work. If your flat iron isn't working, unplug something else while you use it.
