  1. Yes Allianz about $450 a year for 2 people-so I imagine around $225/p. We had originally got it earlier this year then the pandemic hit. You have 10 days after getting to cancel and get refund. I did it on line and was very easy. Customer service is great
  2. It is an air born virus-so a shield alone won't protect you as you are breathing in thru nose and mouth
  3. SAS transport-was about $15/p-have used them a couple of times. Shared van so have to wait till fills up. May stop at multiple boats.
  4. Original Carnivale-5 days-skeet shooting off the back of the boar. Husband did beer drinking contest with a gal from Texas and he lost. Sat at dining table with 3 other couples who were a bit older than us but had the best time. Got us hooked-now 35+ cruises later can't wait to go back once it is safe as we are in 'that' age group to stay safe. When I booked the cabin didn't realize it was bunk beds in the lowest deck. We could sit on the toilet and have our feet in the shower at the same time. But not knowing anything different we had a blast-probably 1982 or 1983
  5. last cabin on deck 12-have done those many times and love them sort of like the best of both worlds
  6. See my comment above in Cruise cancelled
  7. Found out out May 9 Symphony of the Seas cruise was being cancelled due to the pandemic. Called Club Royale on 3/24 and cancelled cruise and requested credit back to credit card. Customer service agent said it would take about 30 days to see VISA credit. 30 days later not credit on visa-know cruise lines are hammered. Went on line and was able to pull up my 'cancelled' cruise now had me wondering if it got cancelled. Went into cruise planner now almost a month later and manually cancelled cruise and got and an email confirmation that it would take now 45 days to get VISA credit. Did follow up call to Club Royale today-said they saw communication from me in March but evidently nothing was done-saw that I had manually cancelled cruise two days ago so now wait 4-6 weeks. Just a heads up to any one who has talked to rep at RC just please follow up as they may not have completed all the steps.
  8. Carnival cancelled our July Alaska trip-as we were to stop in Canada (BC) on our way back to San Francisco. 3 cruises cancelled-only rebooked one. Not too optimistic for this year.
  9. Hotels are cheaper in FLL. SAS only picks up from certain hotels in FLL-see their website. Have dealt with SAS in the past. Good communication. Have to wait for the van to fill when to disembark but for the price it is great.
  10. $231.74 for casino rate Junior suite on Independence of the Seas in Nov. Can cancel up until 48 hours prior and get everything back. Just want to wait till stuff starts moving again before look for air. Stay safe and Healthy everyone
  11. Yes-Booked an Elite that had Casino cash and obc and was able to add the $600 to it
  12. Got the email today-was to be on the Sunrise Aug 26-Sept 3-will just get credit back in these uncertain times
