  1. I would say do a review, if you feel like putting the time and effort into it. I would appreciate it. I like to hear the good and the bad. Everyone likes/dislikes different things so I am sure there is always someone out there who will disagree with something but, oh well. I have been looking for Beyond reviews and they are scarce. 🍹
  2. Mulitple alcohol wipes in use. πŸ˜‰ 🍹
  3. On the Equinox in October '21 we were able to blow the glass. There were alcohol wipes that we had to clean the rod with ourselves... I was a bit leary but all was well. πŸ˜‰ It was a very hands on experience. The instructors were wonderful. I have taken a glass blowing class before (not on a ship) and find it enjoyable. The Equinox class was great. It was also neat to learn different techniques from what I've done before. 🍹
  4. I was on the Equinox last October. The flatbread comment from your Tuscan server is odd. There were 4 of us and it was not a huge portion. We had other apps but if it was the only one, I would have ordered additional items after this was served. πŸ˜‰ Here's a picture of the Margherita Flatbread from Tuscan Grille. 🍹
  5. I guess I thought since the Captain’s Club #'s are associated with an e-mail address they would get it too but that makes sense since only my e-mail address was submitted. πŸ˜‰ Thank you for replying! πŸ˜ƒ 🍹
  6. Hi! When you sign up multiple people all at once do you each get the confirmation e-mail for signing up or only you since you signed everyone up? I signed up three of us and the confirmation has no mention of the other two people. I understand there will likely only be one link to watch but I am concerned if they will receive the points as well. We usually sign up individually. Thanks! 🍹
  7. On the Equinox we signed up on the first day when we boarded. This way we could get a day and time slot we preferred. We didn't pre-purchase but I believe it would be the same for you. Go right to where the glass blowing is to pick your day and time. Maybe someone who has pre-booked can answer more accurately but it's also possible they pre-book a timeslot for you but then you can change it if you'd like. Since we were on a hot Caribbean itinerary we chose times just before sunset so it wasn't 'as' hot...but you are right near 2100Β° furnaces. πŸ˜‰ I was surprised and happy I didn't need to wear long pants, long sleeves and closed toe shoes as that's what I had to do when I took a class near home on a hot summer July day. Talk about hot! πŸ”₯ πŸ˜… Have fun! I love glass and it was a great experience to do it while at sea. 🍹
  8. I just received the e-mail. Webinar @ 6:00pm EST on May 24th. 🍹
  9. You should still be able to view them. I just went on the current Apex sailing and here is a screenshot from part of one of the main dining room menus. (As long as the app is accurate at the moment it should help). If you can't view, start a new thread and I am sure we will all be helpful in posting the menus for you. You can ask and people can volunteer to post each day for a specific restaurant. πŸ˜‰ I'll help post them for you if you can't view them in the app. 🍹
  10. You should be able to choose the sailing you are on and look at the menus. Just like any of us can that aren't on the ship. At the bottom click on: Get More Details on ships we support. Then choose the ship and sail date. As long as the app is accurate, you should be able to see what the current menus are. Feel better! 🍹
  11. I noticed this yesterday for my sailing during that timeframe. It made me a bit nervous so I logged in and saw that my reservation is thankfully still there. I thought maybe it's booked to whatever capacity they are going for. ??? I didn't check any of the other sailings. For multiple consecutive sailings to be taken down is concerning but since they are all the first ones from the USA, maybe they are booked up? I was hoping for reduced capacity but I knew that was an unlikely scenario. Happy to have been able to experience that but knew it wouldn't last forever. 🍹
  12. Hi! Thank you for taking the time to do this! πŸ˜ƒ 🍹
  13. Hi! So, there have been some recent posts about Lanyard use while cruising. I personally don't use one, I use wristlets while onboard, but for those that do, no big deal. They find it convenient and if they prefer to use them, then they should. Well, after seeing some posts here on Cruise Critic, I find it funny how some people find it almost appalling to use them on Celebrity. 🀣 That got me thinking. Not that it matters because I still will, but I'm curious as to what others think of Boarding Day Matching Shirts? Do those same people who scoff at lanyards think the same of matching shirts? πŸ˜… Ever since my first cruise, we all wear matching shirts the first day. It has become tradition and there are aspects of the design that have 'secret' meanings and traditions along with new things. I started cruising on Royal Caribbean and then moved to Celebrity. There are definitely less 'groups' with matching shirts on Celebrity. I have found with each cruise, people love the idea. Strangers come up and comment, the crew comments. Some people will say I saw 'one of you' over there. Some ask questions. I do it for us. Have always done them and always will. πŸ˜ƒ Everyone knows that if you are a part of a cruise I plan, then you are wearing a shirt. πŸ˜‰ Like I said, the anti-lanyard crowd made me wonder about Our Matching Shirts. πŸ˜‰ Is there an anti-matching shirt crowd that sails on Celebrity as well? πŸ˜‰ Do you wear matching shirts? Do you have a tradition of wearing something special on Boarding Day? 🍹
