Absolutely love Serenade. We did a 14 night Southern Carribean Christmas and New Years Eve cruise on her in 2017! Supposed to do 12 night Baltic Sea this August on sister ship Brilliance but not expecting to now 😟. Outdoor Windjammer seating and Schooner are the best! Thanks for the review as always!

Comedy reservations for kids on oasis
jmh2006 replied to Builder31's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Yes there was a “family friendly” comedy show the last night of my cruise on Oasis 2/16-2/23. It features the same comedians that performed in the club. Beware though as our friends went and they didn’t think it was that toned down from the sets we saw at the club. No reservations necessary. -
Coco Cay did you make it or miss it?

Missed it too on the Allure cruise with you back in November. Friends who were with us on Allure, stopped there on Friday with Symphony last week. -
I am onboard this cruise too! I was one of those who received the Junior Suite overbooked emails a couple weeks ago. Glad to say we were able to keep our Jr Suite, which is a good thing since I have since then suffered a broken right foot. Look for me with my green knee scooter, lol. We have stayed in Central Park balcony cabins and have really loved them so I hope you will too! See you onboard!!!

Oasis - Junior Suites oversold for March sailing
jmh2006 replied to klove613's topic in Royal Caribbean International
I heard from a resolution specialist last night who I spoke to last Friday night and she promised me she would call me back on Monday after she spoke with the revenue team who were working on this issue. She confirmed that I will be keeping the Junior Suite I was booked in, so I am happy and relieved. Also, I am satisfied that she actually fulfilled her promise to me in calling me back! Now to start packing!!! -

Wow I am glad you heard. I spoke with a supervisor last night and she told me since the deadline for submitting the survey was yesterday I wouldn’t know until Monday. She has promised me she will speak with the revenue department directly and call me. 🙏 -

Dining..Do you mind having to order everything at once?
jmh2006 replied to Heatherco's topic in Royal Caribbean International
I totally do the same! I am up front with them the first night and state I want to wait till dinner is finished before desert is ordered. Also, I am extremely specific about ordering and if I want an appetizer as my main meal I will tell them. I guess I am kind of like “Sally” in When Harry Met Sally! 😜 -

On my last cruise in November 2019 on Allure our party did the UDP. The first night’s reservation was made for us as stated above. The first thing we did on embarkation day was to head to the speciality restaurant reservation people, who were located on the promenade. Then we made all of the reservations for the remaining nights. It was really easy!
