  1. 68 cruises and 23 with HAL, never encountered any bed bugs.
  2. Thanks for the info, now I remember Candy Corn and never liked it.
  3. Good morning from beautiful Southwest Florida. Good quote and selection of days. I'm not sure if candy corn is the same thing as carmel corn which I love. I'll pass on the meal because we won't eat Tilapia. Weather is still great down here, mid 80's everyday with low humidity and no rain in the forecast. Astros won last night and the series is tied with the next 3 games in Philly. Thanks for The Daily, stay well and have a great day.
  4. I knew that, I should have posted on the other webcam post for Sunday the 30th but who really cares.
  5. Our next cruise is on the NA on December 4th to the Eastern Caribbean.
  6. Good morning from beautiful Southwest Florida. Good quote from from Plato, a pretty smart Greek who I might be related to LOL. I like Taco's so I'm sure I would like the meal. We have been to Colon and took the train ride along the Canal all the way down to Panama City. We've also have sailed through the Canal a couple of times. Just back from breakfast at Bob Evan's, I needed a biscuit and sausage gravy fix along with some scrambled eggs, DW had her usual Rise and Shine breakfast. Phillies with a nice come from behind victory in game 1 of the World Series. Thanks for The Daily, stay well and have a great day.
  7. Good morning from beautiful Southwest Florida. Everyday is chocolate day for me. Never been to the port. World Series starts tonight, not sure who to pull for, I'm usually for the American League team but not a fan of the Astros who cheated when they won the WS a few years ago. I Like the quote but not the food or drink. Off to the golf course. Thanks for The Daily, stay well and have a great day.
  8. If you sail with MSC in the summer there are going to be a gazillion kids as they sail for free as 3rd and 4th passengers in a cabin. Both lines have beautiful ships but we prefer the smaller HAL ships. MSC has great entertainment, more visual because of the many different languages on board but the Italian show is great as is the Michael Jsckson and Elton John shows. MSC also offers shorter versions of great operas such as Madame Madame Butterfly and La Traviata which were unbelievably good. Food is good on both lines with MSC getting extra points for their Italian dishes and Pizza.
  9. Good morning from beautiful Southwest Florida. Interesting days but not a fan of black cats. Oscar Levant was a very funny person but was conflicted and the quote probably has some truth to it. The meal is something I would probably like. When I was stationed in Nha Trang Vietnam, the Air Force was asking for volunteers to transfer to Da Nang which at the time was known as Dodge City, I took a pass on volunteering. Thanks for The Daily, stay well and have a great day.
  10. We sail mostly with HAL, Celebrity and Princess and IMHO all 3 lines have great ships but bottom line we prefer the smaller Vista and Signature Class ships of HAL and Celebrity's Infinity and Equinox.
  11. Good morning from beautiful Southwest Florida. Since Ian we have had absolutely gorgeous weather, forecast is for more of the same with highs in the mid 80s with low humidity and no rain. Interesting days. Hard to argue with anything Albert Einstein had to say. I like Tacos but I'm not sure about Thai Tacos, though they have nice ring to them. 17 years ago tonight, my White Sox won the World Series, I've been a Sox fan since 1952, that's 70 years with 1 World Series Championship for me, it's tough being a White Sox fan. Off to the course in a few minutes. Thanks for The Daily, stay well and have a great day.
  12. Great photos, we would love to visit the Holy Lands but unfortunately it's a scary part of the world and of course we refuse to fly anymore so that's that.
  13. Good morning from beautiful Southwest Florida. I won't be howling at the moon tonight and not sure what Punk day is but I do like the quote. We had the new AC unit installed yesterday so everything is back to normal in our household. Most of the remnants of Ian have been removed from the streets in our area but we took a drive the other day and there's a nice manufactured home community with a great executive golf course about a mile from us and that place took a beating, mounds and mounds of destruction piled up on just about every inch of the perimeter of the community, what a mess. Thanks for The Daily, stay well and have a great day.
  14. Our next cruise is December 4th on the Nieuw Amsterdam, we love that ship and her sisters like the Eurodam, perfect size with the traditional promenade deck.
  15. Good morning from beautiful Southwest Florida. My mother in law was very nice but I have no use for moles and quite a few talk show hosts. Quesadillas are pretty good. Looks like we're going to have a Houston-Philadelphia World Series. This year's playoffs have proved that anything can happen in a short series as very good teams like the Dodgers, Mets, Braves and Cardinals were knocked out in the early rounds. Thanks for The Daily, everyone stay well and have a great day.
  16. Good morning from beautiful Southwest Florida. Good selection of days. Honest Abe with a good quote. I would like the meal. We sort of lucked out as we have had cool weather and didn't need the AC, today is going to sneak in the low 80s and Sunday in the mid 80s so we might suffer a little bit tomorrow, new AC will be installed Monday. Thanks for The Daily, everyone stay well and have a great day.
  17. Good morning from beautiful Southwest Florida. Funny quote. Not sure what the meal is. Off to the course in a few minutes, will be happy when we change the clocks in 2 weeks as right now we are warming up on the range in the dark. Thanks for The Daily, everyone stay well and have a great day.
  18. Good morning from beautiful Southwest Florida. Funny quote from a funny guy. We had a rude awakening day yesterday with temperatures in the mid 50s and low 60s, when you're accustomed to high 80s and low 90s it was tough as a cold front moved in. 70s today and tomorrow and back to the mid 80s for the next week and hopefully beyond. As cold and windy as it was I managed to shoot my age right on the number with a 76. So we had the AC guy out yesterday and will have a new unit on Monday, as I suspected the old unit was working 3 times as hard to cool off the condo thus the high electric bill. Thanks for The Daily, everyone stay well and have a great day.
