Coast Guard inspection on Anthem??

My check in is 1030am and that’s how I have all my arrival plans. I’m not changing a day before. I’m sure this isn’t last minute for them. -
Ack. No sushi for me purely on principal I wish I didn’t have 5 cruises book in next 3 years too.

If only I wasn't borderline IFly, I'd crush a ton of those shakes.

Does Deluxe include JR milkshakes? Or did the evil empire kill that too?

How do people afford $20,000 suites?
sagosto63 replied to Sigyn's topic in Royal Caribbean International
I am lucky to be in the 1% and can easily afford that but will NEVER ever pay for that. -
I am on the Sunday sailing and only Spectre is available for prebooking. I THOUGHT we were able to book IFly/etc. before the sailing on previous cruises?
-
Our sailing has limited J3's left and mostly on Deck 9. I reserved 9190 but wasn't sure if some are better than others?

We booked a last minute cruise and Blue Lagoon is sold out via RCCL. I checked Blue Lagoon website to book directly but it has a message to go through RCCL. This is not a private beach so I just can't get alternate transportation. The 866 number for Blue Lagoon isn't working so I can't contact them. I looked at Pearl Island but it looks tiny. Do I have any options? I have 2 girls (6 @ 44" and 8 @ 52") so I have limited options.

I've been on several Oasis and Quantum class but unfamiliar with Freedom. It's amplified but not sure the details on the Ocean View Panoramic suite VP room. Does this have the same perks as a Grand Suite? It's about the same size w/o a balcony? And, do I need to book through RC (NOT a broker) to get double points?

August 10th; 4pax (2 adults/2 kids) D3 = $5900 I3 = $6500 1B = $7100 2 connecting rooms = $9500 J3 = $8900 My kids suck ass and can't sleep in the same bed so my only reasonable option is IB. -

It's midnight but the website isn't updated. RC IT sucks so not surprised. -

Does it even make sense to book the opening day? I assume prices will only go up though. -
Icon OTS looks like a joke…

This is PERFECT for my family of 4 with 2 girls 5/8. Throw in some awesome shows like on the Oasis Class too! -
Booking opens up for Crown and Anchor on the 24th but they have not released the schedule? Or pricing? All of that comes 24th?
-
I've been on Carnival/Princess but the last 8 cruises have been on RC and mostly Oasis (preferred). The editor review for dining is good but many user reviews are really bad. And, the price point is concerning given how nice the ship is. What am I missing?

RCCL Port Arrival Time - 3PM?
sagosto63 replied to sagosto63's topic in Royal Caribbean International
Update. We arrived at 1:30PM and the port was literally dead. We walked right through and NO ONE asked about boarding time. My 4 year old got tested and confirmed OK within 15 minutes. They didn't seem to do the best job of testing to be honest. It was literally 3 quick swirls and that's it. My 4 year old was supposed to get tested on Day 5 but they did it on Day 7 (2 days before end) and it was the same type of test -- very fast. It was literally the easiest onboarding I've ever done. -
RCCL Port Arrival Time - 3PM?
sagosto63 replied to sagosto63's topic in Royal Caribbean International
NJ here! Love Bayonne port but this was a last minute thing (3 weeks ago booking). We lasted cruised Jan 2020 (pre-covid) but we are avid cruisers and also didn't know about the new 'rules'. I called RCCL but they were the typical "sucks to be you but good luck". RCCL custom service has always been ***** so I didn't expect much. 🙂 My biggest concern/issue is the 2 kids 'waiting for the test' and losing their minds but it is what it is. Anyhow, best of luck to you and hope this helped in some way. You create a thread on this forum and some of the "experts" treat you like ***** wayyyy behind the keyboard and you learn... 🙂 Great question. I didn't read/hear anything about this or I wouldn't have waited. But, I booked like 3 weeks ago so I don't know what sort of time I would have gotten had I checked-in the day of booking.
