I am having the same issue as nonrev1. No code is being emailed through to set up the new account.

We were recently on the Norwegian Sun and purchased the upgraded package. We found it worth the money because we could drink bottles of 'Moet' and 'Pommery Rose' for lunch and sometimes dinner and order 'Veuve Clicot' champagne by the glass at the Champagne Bar. Other outlets on board, other than the two main dining rooms didn't have the champagnes. Wines were more challenging as we mainly drink White or Rose rather than red. The '6 Sens' rose by the glass was pale, dry and palatable whereas I opted for a white wine from the basic package but I could order it by the bottle rather than the glass which I like. We also ordered a bottle of San Pellegrino sparkling water with lunch and dinner so all in all, I felt we had good value for the Plus package and the extra we paid.

We disembark in 'Chioggia' on 15 April after being overnight there on the Azamara Journey. I wanted to book transport from the ship to Marco Polo Airport. Spoke to Azamara who referred me to my Travel Agent who said it had to be booked though Azamara. Then spoke to a very helpful Azamara person who advised to book the transport to the airport whilst on the ship as they will be running coaches. She mentioned that it would be about £25 per person. Hopefully that all works out but she sounded very knowledgeable.

We have the Free at Sea Plus package and when we arrived in our cabin on 8 January, there were 12 cartons of water waiting for us.

We just stocked up our fridge with wine and bubbly over the previous 3 days (Premium Plus package) so even though they weren't serving alcohol whilst docked in Gibraltar, we had a fair supply to keep us happy!

We stayed there recently and the walk was an easy 10 minutes and is the best way to get to the terminal as taxis are very expensive for the short journey. It is a nice hotel and the food in the top floor bar is particularly good. We would stay again if flying from either Terminal 2 or 3,

I had the same problem with trying to book Cagney's twice. Used the Chat feature and it was done quickly and efficiently so I am now all booked for my 4 speciality restaurants.

This adds to the confusion as I understand there has been a more recent update on 14 September but as always, Princess information tends to be out of date!

I am now totally confused! We sail from New York on 5th October on Sky Princess. With the new updates on 'Voyages with Enhanced Guidelines', do I need to take a Lateral Flow test two days before embarking or not? We will be visiting Canada during the cruise and sailing back transatlantic to Southampton. I am fully vaccinated with a booster. Any guidance would be much appreciated as feedback when contacting Princess cruises tends to vary depending on who you speak to and their website/press releases are far from specific. Many thanks in advance, fortunately I still have a few weeks to go before we leave the UK.
