I don't think they will ever lift the ban on unvaccinated travel. I think they will just give Djokovic an exemption. I didn't know you couldn't proceed without the pic so they got what they are given my work logo picture which happened to fit. They can retake it.

Because I nearly couldn't get through any of the check in to get the boarding pass. I changed password 8 times it wouldn't recognise it. Must be some error in their system that password problem. With the Royal the password has always worked and the boarding pass is in my hand.

You can do so far as I am aware fly over America to Cuba or Mexico without an esta and presumably if you are banned from the country. Though I have no idea what would have happen if that plane had to land for some reason. I assume you might be in a lot of trouble. That having been said I don't think you could cruise without visa or esta though. Back in the 90s they never chased up apparently. You could walk off in Miami without ever having done immigration and walk into the country illegally without inspection.
