They're fine by me. Have had itinerary changes due to weather and war. Don't have a problem with being safe. It's disappointing if you have never been to a port, but on the other hand, I am on vacation from my everyday routine. And I have experienced itinerary changes with Royal and Celebrity so it's not confined to one cruise line

I have Cricket too. First time we went to Barcelona the sales rep sold me the $15 per month upgrade for International calls. Turns out it was just for me to be able to receive calls, not call out. To use my phone in Spain I needed to get their SIM card, Orange was recommended but Vodaphone also worked. SIM cards are sold at the airports. As MerionMom noted, many cruise terminals have free WiFi, it may not be the fastest or secure but it works, look for where crew are sitting around on their phones.

if Guest Services isn't busy you can ask them. If you have Crown Lounge or Suite Lounge access the concierge can tell you. Or you can ask someone on the Activities staff. Sometimes the bar staff or cabin attendants know, most time they do not.

Yup, that's who it should have been in October. I don't think Capt Trym has the same reputation as Capt Rob. But there are people who say Capt Trym is funny and personable too, to a certain extent.

Entitled yes, but does insisting the concierge boot them make you seem entitled? The only way to enforce this would have been to march down to Guest Services and complain, or find the LA and complain...see where I'm going with this? Like Elsa sang "let it go" or Taylor sang "shake it off". You know there will always be rule breakers.

It hasn't worked since Cyber Monday. There was a good deal on an excursion we wanted and the add to cart button was greyed out. Watched the sale expire and now the excursion is back to full price. I wonder if they did that on purpose so they wouldn't have too many people booking stuff at a lower cost.

I did this a few years back. I don't know the name of the beach but it was crappy. No facilities. Excursion included all the rum punch you could drink as well as soft drinks. Drinking warm Coke from a 2 liter bottle and weak rum punch wasn't my idea of refreshing.
