I am beta testing a new AI art program called "Midjourney" It's pretty amazing using keywords to create works of art. May be a different cruising experience on an alien planet in the future. I wonder what the deluxe drink package will cost?

We are getting the DDP for $66pp and it's $77pp now. The cheapest we ever got it was $42pp and I think those days are sadly long gone.

OMG that's horrible. Here were some pics from the Mast bar on Harmony 3 years ago. Great selection of liquors. Obviously a good selection of bourbon, whiskey and scotch.

That's what I thought. Even Andy Cohen looked and sounded bored. I hate the zoom interviews. They need to all be in studio. I think why it was boring was besides Ashley who of course did not show up this crew did not have that much drama and they genuinely liked one another. I commend Tom for admitting his mistakes and it seems like he has grown up and learned. Interesting that Gabby and Wes have hooked up and are running charters out of St. Thomas. I think it would fun to book a charter with them. I guess the million dollar question is will Gary shag Daisy after the show. I say no. I think they like keeping everyone guessing. I thought it was a good season. It will interesting to see how many return for next season. Already heard Marcos will not return because of all his new business adventures. I totally understand that as he is a star as a chef. Interesting also that Colin will be sailing around the world so that makes his participation unlikely. Below Deck Med premiers July 11th so I will be interested in watching Sandy and her new crew. From the promo looks like there will be some drama and BD Down Under premiers too on Bravo even though I watched it on the Peacock App. I think you have said you did not care for it. I know Aiesha can be a little grating because of her voice but I actually liked the first season. I did think the chef was a total a$#. I loved the scenery of Australia and made me want to visit there.

how about this, If you go to KSC go on the bus tour that takes you Apollo and Saturn 5 exhibition. See the lunar module show than work your way back to the entrance by going to the space shuttle exhibit next. Those are the two most impressive things to see.

I would not do it. We did the KSC a full day before our cruise. We spent over 6 hours. There is just to much to see and do in that short of time. Best thing to do is a cruise out of PC arrive twos early and give yourself a full day to see KSC.

I've seen videos of some of those celebrations. Boats look really cool decorated up in Christmas lights. I normally set up a small tree and all my Christmas music collector friends from the around the world get together via the internet for a Christmas music request show from the public radio station in Indiana that is hosted by one of our collector friends. It's a good time. I'll also watch a few of the new Hallmark Christmas movies that will air this month. Merry Christmas in July.

I think you may be right. Minimize expenses maximize profits. Get by with with the minimum before they have to spend more to stock up.

Yes because I love my cocktails with the DDP. Thanks for the pic. Still no love for us bourbon drinkers unless you are a gentlemen's jack fan which is ok. Normally you would see Four Roses, Bulleit, Makers, Templeton Rye and some others. Hey if you like dark n stormy's plenty of goslings dark spiced rum to go around.

Still skimpy on the bourbon/whiskey side.

That chocolate dessert is to die for. It's my favorite in the WJ. I could eat all of them.

Where there liquor shortages at any of the bars?

That's what I'm beginning to think. I do a lot of bourbon hunting around my city. I never see a shortage of anything liquor wise. Here is my speculation and it's just that, a guess. I think Royal did not order any liquor during the pandemic or even stock up. Then when the cruise startup happened they did not have enough inventory for all the ships. They might have tried to order more but the distributors did not have enough of a overstock to accommodate them. Just a theory as I do not see any shortages of anything in my home state.

Watching episode 2, the back story is getting a little more clear. One scene freaked me out. This is really good!

Yes I would be very disappointed if I spent a lot of money on a DDP only to find that most of the liquors I like and are used to getting are not there. At least they have Kraken! If you ever get a chance to run into a bar manager or the food and bev mgr. I would for you to ask them about the liquor shortages. I suspect that it is supply chain issues but I'm more interested in when they think they will get fully stocked. When we were on Explorer this past November and they had no problems with liquor but then again that was shortly after the restart of cruising.
