Heard that there was a trailer. Did it air? I normally record and watch on Fridays for our “cruisin for cocktails.”

It's doing pretty good. I have some pain in my knee in another place that wasn't giving me any pain before so I'm wondering if it may be some nerve pain as the nerves regenerate. I agree I don’t do big crowds especially at concerts. I’ve gotten to the point where I don’t go to concerts anymore. Too many people, too loud and I’m not interested in standing. I would much rather listen to the music I like in my home theater in my recliner theater chair. As a longtime drummer/percussionist and former pro I’ve lost a lot of my hearing. Can’t afford to lose anymore.

Same for me. One thing that helped was my doctor lowered my dosage on my blood pressure med. My cruise two years ago my ankles and feet were so swollen that I had a hard time putting on my shoes. After my doc did the adjustment I had no swelling on my last cruise. I may bring some water pills on my next cruise just to be safe.

I gained 8 on our last cruise and I was pleased with that. I do swell up some because of all the liquids I consume, salt in food and everything else. A barstool in the Schooner Bar is where you find me. I hope you can get a answer. I will try to push my luck with the UDP on Symphony in September.

Sorry you have spent the last two days in hospitals. I hope Owen got some rest last night. Sounds like OB is satisfied with the X-rays and thinks Owen will make a full recovery.

I think I guessed 6 pounds so I was close. That’s actually not bad at all unless you calculated for a 7 night cruise. Could easily top10 pounds. Thanks for taking me along. It’s helped pass my time while Linda was in Chicago and it was just me and the pups for the last 4 days.

Thanks for the update hopefully the pain meds will help him sleep. Tell him to hang in there. He can do this. We are all rooting for him.

Watching the new Iron Chef on Netflix. Amazing cooking skills. I don’t know how these chefs think of the things they hey create. Alton Brown is great I love that guy.

Looks like you will be having a lot of fun with that. One thing to try is just smoking the glass and not the cocktail. Here is a little video I shot at the bourbon and brunch at Holladay Distillery. The craft bartender called it marinating the glass.

So sorry you had to spend Father’s Day at the ER. I hope Owen heals and will be better than ever. I imagine years from now you and Owen will be able to laugh about. I’m glad the other kid got ejected . That’s so uncalled for.

Yes they are hanging out with me but I can’t count on them being too enthusiastic. Is the burger any better than the hockey puck you had?

Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there. Today it’s just me and pups. Linda is with all her girl cousins in Chicago celebrating a baby shower for her niece. Jonathan has to work so I think I’ll just relax and babysit the puppies. I am thinking about going to Texas Roadhouse for a steak. Those pics look very tasty.

Pretty weak looking chocolate martini. Not even close to a chocolate color. I always make mine with Godiva Dark Chocolate liqueur.

I have a feeling Royal interpretes this to mean a number of restaurants can be chosen on any given night but choosing one. I sure would like some better wording. if you can find that I would love a screenshot or link. That’s what it says on mine. I still would like clarification with Royal if it is truly unlimited. To me that means if I want to schedule two dinners a night I can. Not saying I would but I could see having dinner at one restaurant and dessert let’s say at Wonderland.

Totally agree. I will be on Symphony this September and planning on doing a UDP review. It will be interesting to compare my experience with Johns.

So one specialty restaurant per evening is what they are allowing except on sea days where you can have lunch at one and dinner at another?
