Yes the Iona and Arvia and not just in the Caribbean. The only experience of the other 2 ships was the Arcadia in Norway during the winter and there was definitely no shorts 😂
Just drop your luggage off, drive to the West Quay car park and walk back to the terminal. Upon return collect your car and meet who is with your luggage at the terminal. Approx £84 for a fortnight, you keep your keys and pay on leaving the car park.
I did this recently and saved a lot of £££’s and got a better cabin because of the unusually bigger balcony. Just called Princess and said I was considering cancelling due to a BIG price drop. Ended up paying £100 admin fee to ‘hold’ the new cabin, cancel the old one and then book the new one. I then paid the new price on the due date. Simples 😀
That was after a price increase 😡 Paid $229 for a recent trip then the special offer arrived and after the discount was taken off it now came to $299 😬
I’ve not noticed one on my last 2 visits, however, unless you have mobility issues you really don’t need one. In fact the walk around the coast and up the river past the University is a very pleasant walk to get to the centre. This then leaves a very easy stroll from the central/shopping area back to the ship.
Id recommend taking the train to Delft. A superb day out and the history in the cathedral where William of Orange etc are buried is worth the trip alone 👍
Cielo all day long for us! We made a compliant about the service in the Soliel restaurant once and the Maitre D’hotel found us a table in the Cielo with a quip about how much better the service was in there 🤷♂️ We certainly could not fault it and we had a cracking sea view too 👏
I asked the above question because I repeatedly received error messages. However, I’ve found the answer from a friend who contacted me personally as below 👍
Help please. It states in the upgrade blurb that the price is per person based on 2 people. So if my wife and I travel with our 11 year old granddaughter is the upgrade cost the price x the first 2 or upgrade price x 3?
Thanks.
So you’d be happy with your car being there, moved on a regular basis and several miles off the docks? If you’re happy that’s all the matters I guess 🤔
