  1. I think that you will enjoy Cunard particularly the Queen Mary trans Atlantic, it attracts a significant gay crowd of all ages, flirty, formal and fun. Gay, Bi and Trans. and if you do Grills host a party.
  2. It is a rip off, do some simple maths, if you are spending £50 a day on alcohol then you need sa liver transplant. Charge is for every day of your cruise and has to be for both parties of your cabin. Disney, oh sorry Carnival, no that is now called Cunard need to pop down to planet earth.
  3. Hi I will be onboard, Jonathan. SF to NZ. This is my third cruise with Cunard, first time on QV. I look forward to meeting you. I live in Lancaster in the North of England and teach sailing. See you at FOD.
  4. Try QM2 transatlantic, most evenings 30-40 at LGBT drinks at 5pm in Commodore Club Lounge, Health spa very friendlynin the afternoon and the late disco G32 dominated by gays. People travel on cruises for all sorts of reasons, some couples need me time, we had a lovely FOD group meal in the Veranda resteraunt on the last sea day. Enjoy, Jonathan
  5. A really cool and muscular black guy was in beautiful make up, sparkly dress and heels on QM2 in November, NY to Southampton sadly no one noticed, or perhaps were to polite. Go for Cunard you will instantly feel at home. Jonathan
  6. Hi returning voyager and great fan of the FOD meeting and the afternoon spa. So who will we meet this time? Jonathan
  7. Southampton is a really lovely city to visit. For a treat go to the Harbour Hotel, a short walk from the cruise terminal in Ocean Village marina, the roof bar is spectacular and the food reasonably priced. Other eateries and an art house cinema are close by. Oxford street is the place for a wide selection of restaurants. Shoppers will love the Westgate Centre, all the top names, including John Lewis. Several good supermarkets to stock up on hooch. For the bold I recommend a trip to the Isle of Wight and a visit to Osborne House Queen Victoria’s home, beautifully preserved. Alternatively get the fast train to historic Winchester, and see the amazing cathedral. Do not worry you will not be bored in Southampton. Oh and my favourite a speed boat ride with Sabre Powersports April to October. http://sabermarine.com/ I guess that as one of their skippers then I would say that. Have fun.
