  2. Got off the Enchanted Princess a little over a month ago and never saw a library. Also didn't see one on Discovery Princess. Might have missed it but definitely didn't see it
  3. I want to issue a rebuttal to this bc according to others (and my fuzzy memory) a flyer is on the bed upon embarkation along with info re: Captain Circle and the 1st patter. And according to another poster, pertinent info is transmitted re: disembarkation if positive. Others get Paxlovid at $1000. Another has explained why Canada won't let you disembark mid cruise ($50,000 penalty). Medical Center not PSD is responsible for passenger while positive.. . So it looks like OP was missed in that process I still think they should include a copy of the passenger contract
  4. Not aware of a But I cannot get an arrival time bc my record states I'm on 2 ships at the same time (PCL canceled one years ago) so a very nice lady in the Philippines said to just show up whenever. I'm green even though my app says blue.

My granddaughter ordered Door dash from Jack in the Box. $40 for lunch inc $25 delivery and tip. For a fish sandwich, chips, drink. I wouldn't be so upset if it was Chipotle ($10 delivery) or Joe's (free delivery) or Dominos ($33 for 3 med pizzas + feta bread last night) but $40 for junk?!?! Nope. Nada. No way. Never again Vent added

  9. Mine was refundable but I've heard that the transfers back to the airport doesn't normally get the 10% back even though I buy it from the shore excursion desk (using OBC)

  13. When I booked shore excursions last December & last month, the 10% elite excursion rebate was refundable OBC. So that's another possibility Pay full bill for shore excursions from nonrefundable OBC, get 10% back as refundable OBC
  14. So if you book your own air then you need insurance for that or to use your charge card & that card's insurance?? GTK the last thing I want when on a trip is a dramatic event back home and then be left alone to sort it out
  15. Yes. Checked prices and the best price was up $24+ so selected to ticket. That's when it dropped.
  16. So you got written instructions on what to do if possible covid? I wonder why she didn't. If I was OP I'd also be frustrated if I didn't have written instructions (FWIW I've had something - can't recall what - on 6 post restart cruises. Never saved paper so my bad)
  17. Note to self: always request early ticketing at 46-47 days. Odds of a better price by continuing to check is extremely low

  19. Has anyone else experienced this? I always book EZAIR and refare flights & room as it drops. 2 days ago I refared cabin, already have refund. Well yesterday I decided to ticket early after seeing I had best price & it's 46 days out (going in early). So I clicked that AND THE PRICE DROPPED!! Is that normal? Getting almost $100 back to my Visa. I never saw that fare, but yeah Personalizer says I've overpaid. (Screenshot just in case)
  20. @PRINCESS Sweet Pea wow sounds like you have my fired CVP. She was useless so I was reassigned. As to timeline on getting refunds:: my December 2022 cruise dropped in price yesterday and she handled it. Refund showed up as a credit on my visa card today. She's also been able to readjust all my FCC so that none expire worthless, 'lift & shifted' airfares, worked through ship redeployment which entailed moving gift card payments from 1 cruise to another, and gotten me OBC that no one else can find (or doesn't know how to find) I can't share her initials but there are good ones out there. I'd be telling Princess to connect me to a supervisor then telling the supervisor to reassign me to one who has been there 5+ yrs
  21. I refared my cruise yesterday and was in shock to see the refund already credited to my visa this evening! Then I requested EZAIR be ticketed tonight, came out to a lower price that I did not see, so anticipating more $$ back tomorrow!!
  22. I know it says that but my CVP gave it to me for a December 8, 2022 cruise.
