I have a cruise coming up in 2 weeks. Have set everything up on the old app. I booked another cruise in 2 months. I try to put my new booking in & it says "no booking number found". Do I have to download the new app to enter it? Will my booking in 2 weeks retain all the info I have already put in - I'm green lane if I do?
What about this scenario, mt friends have 2 kids so have to book one adult in each room, then change arrangements once onboard ( kids are 17 & 15). One they have the 2 adults registered to one room can they get the Plus package for that room only?
I agree with both of these statements. The only time I had a room with beds that came out from the wall I hit my shoulder every time I walked to the bed. Luckily it was just after covid & they gave us another room. i really want that balcony but I am afraid of the extra beds & the connecting rooms which I have heard are a nightmare sometimes
Ok. Totally makes sense that it's a connecting door. Their website had a different symbol for connecting rooms. I did email the site & they confirmed that they would add the description on their site. Thanks everyone - and for the picture of the extra beds.
Does anyone know what the symbol between c742 and 738 on sapphire princess? Also, it says the red dot means 3/4 berth. How does that affect moving around the cabin?
Is the city of Cannes within walking distance to where the tenders drop you off? I don't mind walking a distance if it's safe & not in an industrial port
One more question, I'm sure it goes back into your account if you cancel cruise, but if I want price adjustment (if cruise goes down before final payment) can I do it without losing value of certificate?
You mean you can buy the certificate now & use them on a cruise later on that is booked less than 120 days ahead? If I buy one today I can book a cruse in July that leaves on October?
I am looking at these 2 balconies (D736, side D741 aft) on the Sapphire. One is a true aft & the other is larger balcony on the side. Looking for biggest/best room between the two? Has anyone stayed in either or both?
I am totally ignorant about these certificates. If I am planning a 10 day cruise for neat October in an inside room, would I be able to use the $500? When do I have to buy it by? What happens if I cancel cruise? Thanks
What is interesting is that he was my PCC for Carnival for a while back. The one I use now at Carnival told me he was at NCL.. I usually use a online company that gives me OBC but they don't have any offers now so I decided to go with my old CCL guy sine I have his cell number. He's been at NCL for awhile so he should know better. He also gave me other erroneous info. I actually just cancelled & will go back to my other company. to re-book. Also, how long does my Future cruise credit take to get back into my account? It's been a few hours.
