Yes, it's available onboard. When you send your first load out there is a place on the slip to mark that you would like the unlimited laundry package and it will be billed to your onboard account. And you can use your OBC to pay for it.

Hello from Rotterdam! Our cruise that was due to sail today was also cancelled. We chose to keep our scheduled air and 3 nights booking on a houseboat in Rotterdam. We've had a beautiful visit and are off to Brugge, Belgium, followed by Antwerp and Amsterdam. While I'm disappointed we won't be visiting the fjords, this trip has turned into a surprisingly fun adventure. The only thing I'm irritated about with HAL is that the OBC they gave us has to be used (booked & sail by) the end of the year. I think it should have been a year from the sail date.

Amazingly enough we did make our connection! We came into FRA at gate Z58 and our departure for AMS was A1! I don't think it could have been further apart. We were fortunate that there were only 5 people ahead of us at the passport check. We made it with 10 minutes to spare. I would not want to do that again! BTW, Lufthansa's gate set up at ORD is awful. Sure it looks nice but when you have 3 international flights leaving within an 1/2 hour those 3 gates were mobbed. Hundreds of people with no where to sit. I would avoid it at all costs in the future.

While this is true, you do have to pay the fare difference. In our case the difference was more than we paid for the original ticket.

We will need to store our luggage upon arrival in Rotterdam until our holiday rental is available. I know it is available at the central train station but I found a place more conveniently located for us but it has only one review.
