Maybe just as well. I've yet to have lamb on a Viking ship that was not totally devoid of any detectable flavor. Not sure how they manage that but I don't think it's just me.
Be advised that there is just the one business offering these cruises. They are right where the ship docks. Book with them directly. The only difference is that you will be paying a great deal less than everyone else.
Sooner or later the popular tourist areas of the world will all be ruined by tourism (at least those which aren't already). I remember crossing the old bridge in Bamberg - up ahead were lollipops and their equivalent as far as the eye could see. Pogo had it right.
On the same cruise our toilet would not flush one morning. Apparently, when one in the same area plugs the whole system for that area shuts down - and someone had tried to flush a rubber duckie. Another polite e-mail - another $1,000.
