  1. It's possible there are different offers. My husband's booking has a different offer code than my booking.
  2. I didn't think so. But Celebrity's website does not show cruise only option for Aqua class on the itineraries I looked at.
  3. \ Do an itinerary search and it will pop up. "Chat with a Celebrity Agent" It's very small line on the left bottom.
  4. Thanks. Are you sure? I am seeing conflicting post. I read that they are included for upgrades but not move up offer.
  5. Use the chat feature on their website! It's super fast. An agent chatted within a couple of minutes.
  6. If you pay to upgrade to Aqua class, are drinks, tips, and wifi included?
  7. Book a cruise for you and your daughter in one stateroom using your offer. Book your husband and another guest in another stateroom using your husband's offer. Or, you could book two cruises with the three of you sharing a stateroom. The offer allows for three additional guests on each invite.
  8. It was a Blue Chip email offering a free Mexican Riviera cruise. The email contained a link with pre-filled information and allowed me to select three preferred cruise dates from Sept through March. I filled it out for my husband (blue chip number blank but included his Captains Club number). He is a Blue Chip member (pearl). I sent it on Sunday and received confirmation on Monday morning. His email confirmation was different than mine as it advised opting into email offers so he would automatically get offers. He must have been on their list too. It's a wonderful cabin on the slant with a huge balcony. We are very happy that the offer was also valid for him.
  9. FYI, you can each bring 2 bottles of wine onboard at checkin.
  10. The minimum price is $159 based on 3 bottles. It goes up based on number of bottles.
  11. We got it!!! Our second or third date choice! I received the email today. Great veranda cabin on hump, deck 8. Woohoo! Thanks, Celebrity Blue chip. 😄
  12. I thought cruiselines were required to refung PTFs if you cancel at any time.
  13. I decided to fill the form out for my husband too, since he is a Pearl member. I don't know if he will get a free cruise too, we will see.
  14. Good to know government distributed tests can be used with the online company. I ordered some last week and received them today. Onpoint is 24/7 and you and your husband can do testing at the same time but you pay $16.99 each for two appointments done together. You can use any test. I just checked. Here is the scheduling link. https://calendly.com/d/djz-wdy-45f/virtual-testing-covid-otc-bring-your-own-kit?month=2022-08&date=2022-08-20
  15. Is it allowable to test on the day of the cruise? I believe Celebrity's website said for sailings on Saturday, you can test on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.
  16. I understand that, But the fact is, Celebrity has contradictory testing requirements on their UK site and Canada site. Travelers are SOL if they arrive at port and follow the wrong guideline.
  17. Not true for those from UK and Canada. The Celebrity websites for those countries indicate testing is not required for cruises out of LA 8 nights or less.
  18. I did not pay an expediter. They wanted $600! I paid the expedited fee and expedited shipping fee directly with my passport. I filled out the form online, printed it, and mailed it from a post office express mail. I followed the progress online. US Passport service also gave me email updates. When you fill in the dates for travel you can put a much closer date than December. From their site: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/have-passport/renew.html Processing Times Routine: 8 to 11 weeks* Expedited: Costs an extra $60. Takes 5 to 7 weeks.* *Processing times begin the day we receive your application at a passport agency or center, not the day you mail your application or apply. Expedited at Agency or Center: Must have international travel in the next 14 calendar days.
  19. My Celebrity App "check in" for my Sept 24 cruise out of LA is showing I only need to be vaccinated. No mention of testing. Am I missing something?
  20. The only problem with switching is you never know when the cruiselines will change guidelines again. If we have a particularly rough COVID fall/winter, all bets are off.
