  1. Sorry missed the two crazy dudes that got in the Med up to their knees. Well, of course, if you’re wearing shorts and flippy floppy’s that a whole lot easier. @cruiseny4life
  2. Well you definitely got your steps in. I’d say you did a mighty fine job of exploring Barcelona. Wishing you guys a great night’s sleep. A new adventure (and your quest for Hash Browns) begins tomorrow!!
  3. Yeah…I just went back to my pictures and the inside is pretty awe-inspiring, as well. I sure wouldn’t recommend skipping it if one travels to BCN.
  4. Nothing great, my #%%! You had me drooling for your eggs Benny until …you hit with the baby chicken juice. 😂 IMO, it’s really the detail on the outside that is worth seeing up close. The juxtaposition of new snd old is worthy of seeing. The old reminds me of making sand castles with wet sand. Have fun today…get down to Med and at least go in to your ankles.
  5. We just finished the Bliss where, in addition to the time change in ports, we also had the end of Daylight Saving Time. To answer your question…during our cruise we went from PST to MST then back to PST. HOWEVER, midweek our port was Puerto Vallarta which is on CST. The ship did not adjust for this time change. Fortunately our independent excursion emphasized that the start time was CST, so we arrived at 2 pm (ship time) for our 3 pm CST workshop.
  6. SCORE! It’s breakfast time in the states and that sure would go good with my coffee. Especially that chocolate croissant. Nice location in BCN. Have fun today. Remember the pick-pockets.
  7. Sorry I gave you bum info about the sharing of meals. I guess I confused it with Platinum meals (which 2nd guest is not specified). The Epic has a lot of free dining, the MDRs, buffet, O’Sheehans and Shanghai.
  8. I am so excited and envious of you both! Please share so I can cruise vicariously with y’all ❤️❤️❤️❤️
  9. Good clarification around the under age drink package…especially the charge if they buy beer/wine.
  10. Don’t worry about posting your question. Lots of NCL posters cruise other lines…they may know about recent Ft Lauderdale experience. the Florida Departure forum is probably a better place to ask your question and learn more. https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/386-florida-departures/
  11. Your FAS adult drink package covers you and your adult daughter. Your husband’s FAS package covers him and guest #2. You will want yo change your boy to the soda package and add a soda psckage for the other. cAlternatively if you want yo allow your 20 y/o to drink you can keep the adult drink package snd fill out permission slip at guest services. 150 minutes for cruise. Anyone can use it but the login will be the last name and DOB along with the email of guest 1 or 2. You have to logout every time you are finished using it. It does keep track of minutes used. You might want to consider at least one unlimited plan to share if your kids use a lot of screen time. Lots of reservations once on board, but make them as soon as you board. Ask once you get onboard where to make them. Yes the one specialty dining can be used for you and hubby, just show his card. GTY assignments can happen anytime up to day of boarding…but typically before checkin at 21 days. the $50 excursion credit is for Guest 1 in each cabin only. if you haven’t spoke with the cruise consultant be sure you do…they may need info. happy cruising.
  12. The building. Do they sometimes use the tent? If do, then my reco is worthless lol.
  13. I don’t know specifically, but it seemed to be efficient. I would get there around 9:30 am to get a lower Group Boarding number. And I would sit in the chairs on the right side (when facing the counter) after checking in. (Heck, I might even just mosey over to the chairs in the PA area and act like I belong there). Haven and status Latitude entered from the left, which seemed much more congested. I suspect right after Priority Access boarded on the right, they started General Boarding. FWIW, no one was even checking our cards when boarding through Priority Access. They handed out small slips of paper that had PRIORITY ACCESS printed on them (not the large Group Boardng cards), and the PA slips weren’t even collected. When boarding with the Group Boarding cards, they are collected as you enter boarding area. Hope this helps. Have an amazing cruise!!
  14. I’m so sorry to say that I did not download and I tossed the hard copies. I will say they rearranged most evening entertainment due to SIX being canceled, which IMO didn’t make sense and messed with our dinner reservations.
  15. What an amazing group of B2B cruises. Do you still see them in your account?
  16. I almost forgot the biggest laugh I had the day after my fall. Enjoy the “slip”.
  17. 😂😂😂😂😂 Love your sense of humor. Never fails While leaving our four-legged loved ones is sad…it’s the best reason to get home🥰 Bon Voyage…wishing you and your husband the best cruise yet.
  18. Oh my…temper your expectations. Our last JFK Shake Shack experience was ONE HOT MESS. Long disorganized line, chaotic delivery, popular items not available (like fountain sodas and ketchup) and cold food. And, like all airport food…ridiculously expensive.
