  1. They have been excellent responding to me when I have written. Most of the time - it is a phone call back. I don't expect to get a positive answer but just wanted to let them know a large amount of guest can no longer use the app.
  2. Wrote the executive office and asked if the iOS requirement was going to remain intact at 17 or was Celebrity planning to change it back so older phones can use the app. Unfortunately, No response. Has anyone else heard from Celebrity regarding this matter?
  3. We have spent a lot time on the Solstice - love seeing the pictures and the crew! Your pictures are wonderful!
  4. No - we are Elite Plus - the 50 points won't help with my challenge to get to Zenith. Only 2057 points to go......😂 I have other cards with better benefits.
  5. OK - this keeps us in the same tradition -- go directly to muster station - then to Martini Bar for our traditional "welcome aboard" sipping martini - then to my hair appointment. - No need to watch the video on the TV and they won't call your name out over the PA?
  6. Well - a new tradition will be started.....State Room TV will be it - 😂 Won't be sitting at the martini bar sipping our traditional welcome abroad martini. Will be in the cabin with the with the safety drill on the TV and we will be sipping our martini - then off to the muster station! I am sure our cabin attendant will be happy we have a 2:00pm check in.

  9. I am in the same boat. I guess my phone is to old. iPhone 8. My question is how will we complete the safety drill? Cruise is just 15 days away and I won't be purchasing a new phone before then.
  10. I tried to make an appointment when they had the loyalty discount for Elite Plus. The shopping cart kept reverting back to the original price. I wrote the Executive Office and they sent an email back stating they would apply the discount when the services are rendered. Cruise is coming up - I made the appointment and will bring the email with me. Hopefully as "cruisestitch" stated they will just apply the discount when they see my SeaPass card and I don't have to show the email.
  11. The race is on....only 2057 for us ... that should only take us about 10 years + or -.🤣 🤣
  12. We had one land on the Solstice 4.5 years ago - off of New Zealand. We watched from the Aqua Spa Lounge. The helicopter landed on the bow of the ship.
  13. Only had to hold for 12 minutes!!!! The lady stated if you have 2 things open it will make you reset your password. I always leave the app open on my phone. I never had that happen before.
  14. Locked out of both - the app and the celebrity page. Tells me our password is wrong and the security question says my answer is incorrect. On hold for 10 minutes at this point. going to play solitaire to entertain myself.
