  1. Wow, thx for the detailed instructions. I wish I had known this when we sailed in July. I couldn’t get it to work and it was not easy to access the ports.
  2. All Apple air rag accessories/holders will fit medallions but not all medallion accessories will fit air tags.

  4. I found this via a quick google search. For pre-cruise purchase ONLY through the Cruise Personalizer. The package is not currently offered on Diamond, Emerald or Golden Princess voyages departing from and returning to Australia and New Zealand.
  5. I just ordered mine yesterday for my cruise. How far out are you from your cruise date? I remember reading that you have to purchase at lease 4 days (I think) out. Edited to say I just reread your post and saw your cruise is in Oct. I found it under my booking on website, under onboard services, then beverage packages and scrolled to the bottom.

  9. Were these double charges showing up on your account while you were on the cruise or only after you debarked?
  10. When I booked, the only cabins available for my category were guaranteed cabins. I was told I would be guaranteed a cabin, but I just wouldn’t know where. Are you saying that there’s a chance I may be denied boarding?

  12. I haven’t had a need to contact Princess corporate. However, I obtained this contact info from a very reliable source. I’ve used this source to find someone at corporate for other major companies (i.e. Dell, PNC, Kohl’s) when I needed help with an issue that the usual customer support couldn’t handle and I’ve always had favorable outcome in a matter of days. My recommendation is to be as specific as you can, provide documentation if possible, and be cordial. Good luck!

  14. The advice that was given to me that has worked well is: do not write to all contacts at once. Start with the senior customer service contact, tell them the issue, and give them a week to respond before writing to the next person. And do not start by writing to the CEO as this could severely limit your ability to resolve your issue. Good luck!
