So to answer some question. Speciality Menu only for me as there is only 1 Cabin Member. So we ordered a Lobster Soup to have 2 starter. Then we ordered one additional Side. The lamb Chops was heavy and we got 6 so we shared the main course 😉 I could give away the SPA visit and they didn’t look on the watch at the Aurea SPA so no hurry. Late Checkout (2h) + Tender Boat priority access. What missed was the bathrobe + macarons, chocolated ship, which wasn’t on my cabin for 3 days. The cruise was nearly over and I called/asked 4 times to the reception. With a little pressure they brought everything. A little bit late…

I found some pictures on the Emma cruise blog. I was like a voucher for the Spa and for the Dinner. Did you also receive it in form of 2 vouchers? This time I booked 2 cabins because there was no single occupancy fee. Thank you^^

Must be crazy for individual or a travel agent to plan 140 days with several different cruises. Can you please explain the procedure a little bit more ?^^ 😉 In addition to the drink topic in the speciality restaurants I want to add a budget solution if you don't have Easy Plus. - Green Tea 2,70€ + 15% (available for Tepanyaki and Kaito Sushi) - Chai (available at the HOLA Tapasbar) Always available (but not listed on the Menu) !!! - Premium Bottle of water 0,75l for around 3,50 + 15% So the you don't need to order wine or cocktails for 12-15€.

Hey, a big compliment to MSC. I uploded the required proof yesterday at 9 pm and have been matched by today at around 8:30 am. I hope the status match is just in time for the cruise tomorrow (22.9-26.9). I have a few question as a new diamond member: - Is the 1 hour SPA invitation like a voucher? I would like to give it to my mother travelling with me (she is silver member). - We have 2 separate cabins. Do you think it is still possible to get 2 complimentary speciality dinner charged on my room? Thanks ^^

I was on the route before 03-10.09.2022 and I booked for 22.09.2022 - 26.09.2022. According to your pictures we probably get served the same menus as 2 weeks ago hahah, already saw both shows and also tried as speciality restaurants.

Hello, I'm cruising on the Costa Favolosa for the 11 night cruise in november this year to interesting destinations like Casablanca, Tanger, Cadiz, Malaga and so on. On Mycosta there is an offer "MyExploration" - 139€ for 1 full day excursion and 2 half day excursion. Well sounds nice but most the interesting excursions are blacked out. Even some half day tours for 60€. At some destination everything is blacked out. Fortunately I should be able to cancel the package until 3 days before the cruise. Example for Tanger, every excursion are blacked out (you have to pay extra). What do you think? Aeroplex

Hello, i struggle to find the actual drink menu from 2022. It would be nice if someone who is or has been on a Costa ship could upload the current drink menu. Which non-alcoholic drinks are included in the 20/40 drinks package? How much is 1l water on board if I buy them individually? Thanks Aeroplex

Hi, we have a cruise next week with the MSC Grandiosa. We will arrive by bus quite comfortably near the harbour at 9:30 am. Usually we have no problem to embark earlier than the time on the ticket. Has anyone ever boarded the ship early (after all check-in procedures) and then left the ship again for an excursion. (Ship leaves genua at 9pm) Thanks 😉 Aeroplex

Worth to mention, if you have a speciality package you can get both show for 5 € on board 😉 @Stockjock Do you know if the 39€ for the butchers cut menu is already the total price or do they add 15% on top? Could you pls ask for me. I booked a second cruise with Grandiosa. This time no speciality package^^ Thanks

😁 I booked as well for the Favolosa 7.11. The drinking package would cost nearly the same as I paid for 2 Person for the whole cruise. I think I will just buy the 13 x 1l water package ^^ The beverage package at Costa is incredibly expensive, don't you think?

The reason was the Geiranger port was occupied by Aida. We managed it to book the ferry ticket and get to Geiranger with 3h time 😉

Hey everyone, As there is no additional fee for single usage of the room. We booked 2 cabins. One cabin with the EASY package included and one cabin without the Easy package. Now we have an issue to connect both booking number as fellow passenger and we will probably be placed separetly. Has anyone already had this problem. Can you possibly go to the reception / chief waiter and be reassigned? Thanks

@BertieRulesOK Usually there are some offers from MSC including the EASY package for just a few bucks per day. Like 60-80 € / GBP / USD for a 5 day / 4 night cruise. Sometime the Easy package is also given for free. Keep look for these offers. One of the biggest advantage of the EASY package was that we could as much bottled water, sometime canned drinks like Ice Tea / Pepsi. We had more than enough for the cabin + excursions. On a budget I would suggest you to bring 1-2 refillable bottle. You will always have water, tea and some other drinks at the buffet are. An other option is making new friends. With the easy package I invited people to coffee or even gave them some bottled water. No one cares if you order 4 bottle of water + 2 coffee with the cruise card. 😉 I think some cruise critic member would also invite you to a drink.

Thank @hallasm 🙂 I have one more question regarding Flam. My plan is to take the flam train up to Myrdal and walk back to Flam (without bike or zip line). On the one hand side we save money, on the other side we can enjoy the nature. But I only see a few people doing this ? Is this because of the 20km hike ? Would appreciate your opinion here 🙂 thanks

Can someone tell which of the Teppanyaki menu (what do you get) for people who booked it through a restaurant package ? I could only find the menu for the 3 different kind of Teppanyaki menu but not what you get if you booked it through the dinner experience.

Hello Nordic Cruisers, this is my first trip to Norway and the first time seeing the Fjords. We are with MSC Grandiosa 3.9-10.9. Our ship stays in Hellesylt 9:00-19:00. With embark and disembark time the shedule is very tight. Some risky cruiser booked the 9:30 ferry to Geiranger => Then the Panorams Bus Tour 13:00 => and the ferry back to Hellesylt 17:00 (quite risiky from my point of view) So what other option do I have in Hellesylt? Hello everyone, I’m on board from Kiel to Norway from 3.9-10.9. My plan is to book a set package for speciality restaurants including 1 x Butchers Cut and 2 x other restaurants. The Teppanyaki experience cost 10€ additionally. 1) Do anyone know what menu / set menu you get for the Teppanyaki Dining? 2) Would you recommend to book both shows at the Caroussel Lounge ? Thank you
