  1. I clicked the link from a Princess Casino email they sent me. It had numerous $0 cruise offers. I've received offers in the past for up to 32 night cruises. Only real difference was this included a $0 balcony cabin. Again, it was an offer I found from an email sent by the casino.
  2. I tried to cancel as I was unable to convince my wife to cruise 17 nights in an inside cabin. The reps still don't know how to deal with this. Sent another email to Jen Wright. Spending way too much time an an error not of my making.
  3. Sailed just before Christmas last year on the Majestic. Crew decorated the piazza with a huge tree and numerous other garlands, ribbons etc.
  4. I didn't find any of these threads until after I booked and joined the roll call for the Emerald cruise.
  5. When I booked the cruise it was by opening the email Princess Casino sent me. I followed the link and the Emerald cruise showed up. Grabbed it as we wanted to go to Canada and Greenland. At no time did I think it was not a legitimate offer. They should have done better than the vague late Friday email giving until Monday to cancel.
  6. I thought this was a real offer as we get casino offers and had received comp offers on cruises up to 30 days. I didn't realize it was plus package as well until I looked at the app and it said I had wifi already. Hoping the upgrade cost is reasonable. I feel they could have thrown in some wifi to soften the blow and maybe a specialty dining meal.
  7. Some people had up to a balcony cabin with plus package offer. I saw that Star booking but figured no way they would honor that.
  8. Looked at the current sailing on the app. Under classic soda package it states you can use the cup at any bar, in the MDR or Windjammer. No mention of the machines. None show up on the deck plans in the app either.
  9. This is why I wear an analog watch set to ship's time.
  10. We had Michael on two cruises and he was terrific on both. Also had a great talk by Libby Riddles, the first woman to win the Iditarod.
  11. Bed should be by the bath based on the placement in 9258.
  12. I bring 5's and 10's for drink tipping on a cruise, I tip myself every time I fill up at the freestyle machine. When I've made enough I go "invest " it at the casino. 🤣 Everyone else has given you some great advice.
  13. We were on the same cruise. Those extra sea days really got to my wife. Fortunately she really enjoyed the craft classes they ran on sea days.
  14. Found a video of 9258 that shows no obstructions and a photo of the port side of the ship looks clear as well.
  15. Closest I found, shows the top of lifeboats. Hope this helps
  16. True, but I was referring to the ones on Emerald deck at the front (not forward facing). These have a solid railing and are large balconies. I should have mentioned cabin numbers (E107 etc) when suggesting to book one as an alternative.
  17. Absolutely correct, which is why I suggested booking one of the balconies at the front (not forward facing) that has a solid railing not a lifeboat as the obstruction. I should have specified the cabin numbers I guess. i.e.E107 or E108 etc.
  18. The forward obstructed balconies on that deck have solid railings. That is the only obstruction and the balconies are oversized. Consider booking one of those.
  19. My original Motorola brick was built like a tank. Salesman demonstrated it by throwing it across the store by the antenna. You could have run it over with a truck.
  20. Had cabin E107 on Discovery. Great oversized balcony that was obstructed because the railing was solid metal instead of clear.
  21. Used them 3 times with no issues. Last cruise s we did wait about 30 minutes for a shuttle at terminal G but that's been the longest we've waited.
  22. Did they provide servants to clear a path through the ship to your dedicated elevator as well? Glad you enjoyed the sweet suite experience.
  23. Saw several on my 11/27 cruise out of Sydney.
  24. The burrito I had was the same on Explorer last year. Didn't resemble any burrito I've had in my life. Most of my life spent near the southern border so I've tried quite a variety.
