Is it a gauranty you get your money back or only a request? I knew you get them back if you are a no show at embarkment but i figured once you walk on the ship you bought it if you go off the ship in port or not.

I wonder about the breakfast rollmops. On my only YC they didn't have them all week. I can't find a breakfast menu but they are rolled up herring and onions. Are they the same herring and onions in the buffet and MDR for breakfast? MSC i'm so in love with loving you.

I can get into my 3 bookings using the booking numbers and my first and last name. Some docs/places my name is spelled correctly but others not. I have a cruise next month but am not at the 30 day window to do web check in. My voyager card has always been screwed up. Another thing i get is several offers a week to buy the booze and internet. I have a YC cruise and then a non YC b2b with the packages already bought. So a 3rd party vendor and MSC are a mess too with each other maybe. I don't want to miss reading a important email. I always book directly with MSC. I don't think i'd ever want to get in a mess and also have a agent in the mess. I love MSC but the website and booking system still has a long way to go imho.

I have the same first and middle name joined together problem as you and have had it for a long time. They also have my sex wrong and i haven't been about to get it fixed and i have tried for years following several different instructions they have said to follow. But they can alter it on their end each cruise so it isn't a killer. It just don't stay changed. Maybe i should get a sex change.

I'm not anti-social but i'm fine with being alone so the question about a sports bar was for wondering if there was a place with several good sized tvs and plenty of sports available on the channels not necessary to have a place to hang out with fellow sport lovers. Shows, casino, ports, spa, lounges etc... i don't care about. I'm feeling Explora isn't right for me but i'm going to track down what tv channels they have.

I almost always have gone solo and always took the cheapest cruises i could find so that was Carnival and NCL and one Costa in europe for bucket list pyramids and Nile river. I switched to MSC years ago and feel they are the best value but certainly not the best quality line. But after trying Yacht Club i have the itch for better lines. Finally the question is my cruises are pretty much drinking, eating, and watching sports on tv. I'm wondering if the tv channels out of Florida are the same as on MSC in the USA. And it seems Explora ships don't have a sports bar? If Explora isn't a good fit what cruise line is? Unless i'm reading the rates wrong it seems a few cherry picked cruises are about the same price in Yacht Club and Explora.

Dairy, fruit, veggies. I was on the final cruise of the Carnival Holiday and the cruise line was so cheap they had the bartenders boxing up 1/4 filled bottles of booze the last night and we ran out of some buffet items halfway through the 5 night cruise. The crew hates situations like this. No passengers means no tips so almost no pay. Crew have told me they won't know if their contract will be renewed until it is 24-48 hours before the end. I felt a little bit like a dumb bunny the first time i heard it and i told the worker that really stinks and so on. The worker replied they have a family to support and hope they stay on. I can imagine any cruise line and their bean counters being so cheap they don't want even for 7 nights much canned and frozen food sitting in the kitchens and dairy, fruit and veggies borderline expired before the next cruise starts.
