We made it to Lakeside. Tonight, at the auditorium, The Spinners are performing. We just met up with them leaving the hotel on their golf cart. We told them Caden was excited to see them. They said they might need to call him on stage. We'll see.

Maybe with a little garlic and sauteed onions.

The ship internet was not good for us on Ovation. I have heard that ships cruising Alaska receive their internet off different satellite than in the Caribbean and that makes a difference. I did my heavy posting such as loading pics and videos while near port. I was able to use 5g cellular and it would work 1 or 2 hours after leaving port while sitting on the balcony. The only exception for me was Canada. Sharon could use her iPhone but I did not have any luck with my Samsung. We will be passing near by your place today! We are leaving Indianapolis right now and headed to Lakeside on Marblehead.

Priced dropped about $600 last month for our Ovation Alaska cruise.

We have enjoyed breakfast and lunch because of the view. Hope you have a great cruise. Harmony is one of our favorites.

I will never forget the 1st time I landed on the green with my 1st stoke on a par 4. I hit the ball and couldn't see where it went. My friend started yelling, You are on the green! I was on hole 3, I hit the ball into a tree and it bounced back on the green ....... on hole 4! 😆

Yes, they still provide the cruise Compass. I have read some had to request the Compass to be left in their room but so far we have received it each day without needing to request it.

Sounds like our cruise out of Miami last October. Although it was frustrating the day the flight was canceled, it gave us time to explore Miami and we had a great time. Hope you have a great time with the extended time too. Welcome back! Looking forward to the pics 📸

Be thankful you still have time to work it out. When our Symphony cruise ended last October we were booked to fly out that afternoon out of Miami. We were supposed to be home Saturday night but do to even another cancelation we didn't make it home until Thursday night. The plus side was the extra time we had to enjoy Miami.

We have felt blessed with our new deck. With the heat up now we find it harder to be out on it as much. Sharon has a lot of flowers growing on it. I have learned something about composite decking..... WARNING..... Do not walk out barefoot on composite decking when the sun has been hitting it! That stuff can get hot! We also had a new patio door with blinds installed when the built the deck. The left door blinds were not smooth working after installing and after awhile got stuck. Yesterday the deck builder finally got it replaced. Took them several months but it's done.

Thankful the injection went fine for you. Hope you are able to get around easier soon. How long is it supposed to take to make a noticeable difference?

When you book a cruise to Hawaii and it gets canceled what do you do? Yes! Go to Alaska! Makes sense. I am leaving 91° , feels like 101° weather to where I will be lucky to see temperatures above 55°! 🥶 My body does not handle below 55° weather well. Should I be doing this? As I am typing the Jackson 5 started singing, "Got to Be There"…. 🤔 I have been following along @graphicguy great live review. Once he posted the ice cream machine was up and running on Ovation it got me excited. Even though I may not visit it as much as I do in the Caribbean, I need my traditional ice cream visit. Let’s go!
