Being one that slid down the carpeted stairs twice last year may I also suggest take you take your time going down and avoid stepping on the edge of the steps. I guess I didn't learn from the 1st slide down 😂.

I am going to mention this to him. I think he has done the steroid shot. I am playing the insurance circus right now. I have been on just about every statin there is trying to find one that I could tolerate. Over last year statins have been very hard on me. I am trying to switch to Repatha. I got the 1st month but have to have my doctor jump through hoops so I can continue with it.

Wow, it's like you read my mind and posted. Music Hall is much better. So much easier to get around for us on O class. Might be because we are on O class more but I think it's layout is better. We have not done a suite on Q but the combined ck/sl area is nice on O class. I liked doing breakfast and lunch there. I think the Q was much better suited for the colder Alaska cruise. I am assuming the closer we get to Vancouver this May, the cooler it will get and we will appreciate be on Ovation more than an O class.

When on Ovation I missed the Aquatheater activity. I really like 270, not just for shows but a great view for breakfast and lunch. The Solarium was a nice place to hang too.

I just watched a video of Icon of the Seas with Caden. He was so excited. Afterwards I asked if he would be willing to go with us on the Icon. He said, I Want to go with you! 😂

Does insurance cover Syndisc? Our cruise friend's knee really bothers him even going down stairs.

Debbi explained it well. You will need the internet package. To text beyond the ship with an Android phone you will need to use WiFi calling. Right now your calls or text travel over your cellular service. When you use wifi calling you turn off your cellular service and your calls and text travel over the internet. Putting your phone in Airplane mode turns off your cellular service and wifi. Turn back on your wifi then turn on wifi calling. To do all of this go to your settings and then to connections.

@brillohead wow Debbi, wow. I too had to stop and start over to read it to Sharon. What a good heart you have to stay with it. Good job. Being there the week before made the story so real. That long bumpy ride back with them would be so crazy. And the loooong pier trying to drag a drunk with you. I know you are so good at sharing but please try not to share an extra voucher with them if you see them later. I hope you have a great, relaxing, quiet evening.

Were you able to view the other videos I posted today? I ask because they are all edited 360 view that were loaded to my phone Gallery. From there I down graded them from 4k to 720 so that they load easier. When editing they frame as a regular recording and no longer provide a 360 view. I have never tried it before but I don't think a 360 would work of CC. At least I have never seen one.

Yes, text works fine. This was the first time we both put our phones in wifi mode. Prior cruises, I didn't think of using wifi calling and texting would not work with my android. Sharon was able to text with her iPhone. This time we were able to text each other. One time I called her to find her. Nice. Will use it again on future cruises.

We used wifi calling last week and it worked. Sharon and I use AT&T and the other couple Verizon. I have an android, Sharon an iPhone. I would suggest you try it out now/before boarding to see if it is working for you. The other couple, DH, took several calls for work in Wi-Fi calling mode.

I just used the 4ft one. I wish I would of brought the 10 ft. so when I took the pic of the tree house we could of seen better inside. I used the 10ft to take the pic I posted from the balcony. I showed Caden some of the videos and pics and he was so excited. He started saying, Gpa, we can make a really cool video with those and the pics!

The spots they reserve for you are nice. We tried to late to reserve. When they said they were booked up we asked to be on a waiting list. They came back and offered a place on the beach with chairs and an umbrella. We really enjoyed it. Here are examples of the beach spots. Debbi can explain later but here where other sitting spots. This is a world I will want to hang out at again!

This place is all inclusive. Besides the food, drinks and equipment shown above, they have kayaks.... Some floating tubes.... If you have a hard time finding the tubes I am sure Debbi can help. I am sure she's been in that area.... Zoom in There is also a tree house to hang out in. A little voice in me kept saying.... Don't do it, don't do it....

I thought since Billo is here today this would be a good time to catch up on pics from the x3 that I didn’t find time to post of Maya Chan. After being dropped off the is where you enter. This area is where the food will be, the drinks are made and there is area to dine. Also this is where you can pick up life jackets, flippers, etc. And if you are not feeling welcomed yet....

Wow, looks like we will just miss it! Saturday, April 29, we fly into LAX, spend the night, and fly to Hawaii on Sunday. Ship sails Tuesday at I think 9pm.

@bobmacliberty @h20skibum Thanks for the Hawaiian input. It will help in our planning. Dani, we have already booked one of the Hilton hotels. We got a new credit card and the bonus points paid for Hilton and our stop over in California. What is also going to be a challenge is now there are 6 of us going.
