  1. The area we go to on Lake Erie now has a live Webcam of the lighthouse at Marblehead Ohio. Looks like a foggy day today. Link to the Webcam. It's halfway down the page. https://www.shoresandislands.com/communities/north-shores/marblehead/#webcam
  2. @Sunshine3601@Sunshine3601 Debbie, hope you heal quickly. I missed the original post about the procedure. I tried to go back to the original post and CC wouldn't let me. I wonder if it was deleted.
  3. I have noticed it for the last couple of days. My Samsung phone also shows a box with an X in it next to the number which usually is a symbol of the phone not have that character.
  4. This reminds me of a time a lady drove by that me and Sharon knew but hadn't seen in a while. I said, I have never seen her in a bad mood. Sharon snapped back, I hope not! I ask her what she thought I just said. She answered, I never seen her in the bed nude! 😂 I laughed and said, not that either. 😂
  5. I was just wondering, did you check to see it the Samsung keyboard works with the high school communications app now?
  6. We did a 12 night reposition which we enjoyed. I have been wanting to do a TA but not sure if I would like so many sea days in a row. Our Hawaii cruise in May ends with 5 nights at sea which will give us an idea if we could handle a TA.
  7. @brillohead @Sea Dog Just made it home and I mirrored the video to my TV. Wow! It came out so good. Brillo, no wonder you love hanging out so long snorkeling. The view is beautiful. It's amazing how close up some of the fish come. The water is so clear at Roatan it makes the the lighting good for videos. Billo, thanks for sharing and Greg, thanks for putting in the hard work of putting it all together for us. You did a great job and lived up to the expectations.
  8. Those are some great memory pictures. Hearing the family times stories that you share makes me think you will have many more happy years together. Happy Anniversary!
  9. Sorry for you and Toby. The loss of family and friends don't get any easier. It truely hurts the heart. The stronger the relationship, the more it hurts.
  10. Totally agree and a top musician overall. All of my girls grew up singing along while we listened to the greats that have been mentioned. I will never forget one time pulling into the driveway when my oldest was about 10. As I went to turn off the car she yells out, not yet dad, that's Eric Clapton! 😂 They now collect ald albums and go to concerts all the time. They were the ones that got the Paul McCartney tickets.
  11. Wow, you started young. I guess if I count the concerts that were at Lakeside I started young too. Not sure if anyone here has heard of him but I remember a trumpet player named Al Hurt showing up there. He was good. My favorite was when big orchestras would be there.
  12. Yes was my last concert before heading to college. I enjoyed them. I saw you mentioned Jethro Tull. Saw them 3 times. I loved his stories he included in his concerts. Did you see The Hare That Lost its Spectacles ? A play off of Alice in Wonderland. They used to have concerts at Cleveland Stadium called the World Series of Rock. It would be all day with several bands. This is were I saw Santana. It was so good. After them that evening CSNY played. I was glad N. Young was with them. I like his music when he is on his own too. There were so many concerts in the Akron/Cleveland area. Probably why the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is in Cleveland. Belkin Productions promoted many of the concerts.
  13. After a little over an hour to get to the gate I can relax. We were directed down a hallway and I thought, this is a long line. Then when we get to the end of the hallway we turn left down another hallway and then left down another hallway where there was a 6 lane weave. This is where we were headed. 😂 And then we had just a little bit longer. It took about 45 minutes to get to the Express Bag Checkin. 15 minutes to get through TSA. And then less than 15 to the gates. Even with all of that, it wasn't Miami. We are lining up to board.
  14. Sharon and I, with our cruise friends, sat in Pecos Bill while the others went out to enjoy them. Btw, thanks for having them turn the temperature up! I loved the warm sun. A few days ago I thought I got a spam call that Iissed. It was a call from the Orange County BBC Government. After noticing a few things I am guessing my "emergency call" must of got pushed while on a ride.
  15. The Beach Boys and Jan & Dean music brings back great memories of my sister. She had so many of their albums. In the summer, as we drove to Lake Erie we would hear their music.
  16. That is on my list of regret I missed. I wish I would of had the opportunity to see Jimi Hendrix but he passed away two years before I started going to concerts.
  17. We saw him a few years ago in Little Rock. Most concerts singers usually take a break while others play on. What impressed me is he never took a break. Great performance.
  18. We are waiting outside for our ride to the airport. I really wasn't noticing the music playing until I heard.... I dooooooo I do I do I do I do I do. And we are not even cruising.
  19. I am surprised it took this long before Pink Floyd is mentioned. Great music and a great light show. Like others hard to say who was best but here are a few that did great that I haven't noticed mentioned. Jethro Tull Yes Santana Jeff Beck Todd Rundgren What was your first concert. Mine was Jefferson Airplane at the Akron Rubber Bowl. It was also my first and last experience with tear gas. Grace Slick and guitarist Paul Kanter were arrested after the concert. An interesting first concert experience.
  20. We already split up. We are flying out tomorrow and they fly out Sunday. Sharon took a pic of your response saying hello and is now texting them.! They are a fun couple to hang with.
