Sorry I'm a little late posting today…we had a terrible wind storm come through last night that caused a power outage. We just got it got it back a few hours ago!

Most of you may have seen this video when it first came out but what you may not know is that I was the one who captured  the video of this couple when it happened.

Please no flaming…lets be nice!  :)

Speaking of top deck, man, that go cart track on the Bliss sure eats up a lot of top deck space.

For me personally, a novelty I might do once or twice but otherwise a big waste of deck space (instead of another pool aft, bigger main pool with more surrounding deck space, etc).

I agree with you about some of the features being a waste of space. But I'm sure its a big cash generator for NCL.

Like you I would much prefer having an adults only pool area at the back of the ship. We were on a Princess cruise years ago and they had an adult only pool with a bar at the very back of the ship. It was PERFECT and the view was gorgeous!

These two beauties were docked side by side in Tortola…I sure do miss being on the top deck of a cruise ship!

I am not getting paid for the videos...I just really love cruising and making videos of our experiences to share!

I think I will continue with the "throw back Thursdays" if there's positive response. I certainly have plenty of them!

We were in a courtyard suite on deck 17. Great suite and in a GREAT location…just a few steps away from the courtyard and the bar! As others have said…deck 17 does have a much larger balcony. Our neighbors had requested loungers for their balcony on embarkation day and they were delivered that same day. We were fine with just a table and chairs. Check out my video. I think you'll find that it gives a really great perspective on the cabin and the balcony!  

This one is an oldie but goodie taken back in April of 2012!  

We had went to Castle Island to watch the Dawn depart from Black Falcon Terminal in Boston. This was the Dawn's first Boston to Bermuda run that year. 

Castle Island is a perfect spot to watch the ships come and go!

I fondly remember going to Fenway Park and "Who's on First" and trying to translate the natives for the other visitors.

It's so hard to believe this was our last cruise (a year ago this week) before Covid 19 took over our lives. I miss cruising soooo much.
