  8. That is a beautiful sight! I hope your embarkation goes well. Will be anxious to hear how it goes today and if you are informed of any port time changes once you get onboard. We board on 2/5. After reading reviews, we realized that we picked too early of a check-in time and had planned to arrive at 10am. If you have any observations of what the process would be if we arrive a little later than our assigned time...please let us know. All the morning times are taken so can not edit our time. Have the best time on your cruise and we look forward to living vicariously through your experience.

Not sure if your willing to take pictures of the MDR menus each night OR if you could try to note one or two of the main food items that are served on day 1, day 2, etc. so we can figure out the meal rotation and plan accordingly. So by the old muster drill...everyone onboard had to go to an assigned area on deck and stand there during the drill at 3:30pm? Did you have to take your life jacket? Were you able to get any Specialty Dining reservations that you wanted while onboard? We are hoping to get our prebooked reservations on better dates & times! How is the food in the dining room? Is the noodle bar open or lunch on the Sea days? Did they charge you taxes for drinks while in New Orleans? Did they charge you taxes for drinks sailing from New Orleans before International waters? Was availability of most of the alcohols that are listed for the open bar, seem available? Was there a Dress up or Not night onboard? I am thinking they did away with that designated night? Was Rumours at Syd Norman's offered and if so, is it still super popular and hard to get in to? Any questions that you can answer is much appreciated!

  23. It's been several years since I have been on NCL. Setting sail in February on The Breakaway. Is O'Sheehan's still open late for drinks and late night snacks? I think it used to be open until like 4:30am and then reopened at 5:30am. I saw a recent NCL Daily from Encore that showed it only open until 10pm. Thanks for any current info!
