  1. Try the Azamara Circle email address - I got a quicker answer from them.
  2. My husband had a tummy upset on Azamara & asked the medics for help. He was isolated in his cabin until the symptoms had stopped for 24 hours. He could order room service, but they would only serve him food on the medically approved list- plain chicken, plain potatoes, consommé soup & jelly. I decided to stay with him and could have anything I liked from room service.
  3. May be a good idea to get him to email you that this is the case.
  4. My travel agent daughter always tries first thing I the morning - 8:30 am or so. She finds this better.
  5. Confusing - it definitely says ”Transfer Pick Up Location Tronchetto, People Mover Final Stop” but then says the address is Piazzale Roma. May be worth forwarding these instructions to Azamara Circle & explaining that it is confusing, could they please help you to determine which end of the people mover is the pickup point. The other thing you could do is message TrumpyTours via the contact page on their website https://www.trumpytours.it/contact/
  6. It’s listed in shore excursions as a zero cost excursion.
  7. Our 29 October Quest cruise has an Azamazing evening too - it’s at a hotel in Aqaba.
  8. You’re welcome, but don’t forget it comes with a health warning because times have changed since it was initially put together and it is a compilation of everyone’s posts, so depends on Cruise Critic members posting information. Things do change over time, Azamara has new owners and of course COVID has changed a lot of things.
  9. Sorry about the misspelling - of course it should have said HOST Jazzbeau!
  10. Quite agree Hist Jazzbeau. Perhaps if there is an item here that sets of a dispute, one of those discussing it could set up a new topic and pursue the discussion there.
  11. I’ve added the electrical information posted above to the spreadsheet. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15Deg-GaeZYLml8NN3PVwoh_jUkQ8QmYUe1wxnVAlODE/edit
  12. It’s actually pretty simple. You can ask for a drink at any bar made with the included spirits E.g. Gin & tonic etc. In theory you should be able to get most cocktails made with the included spirits (but not a Brandy Alexander as there is no Brandy in the list of included spirits). As far as I’m aware the only extra alcohol you get in a suite is the bottle/ or 4 small bottles you get (mostly it’s 4 half bottles but there is a trial of giving only 1 x 1 litre bottle.
  13. The only drink related thing that comes with a suite is the spirits in your cabin, everything else is the same as any other stateroom.
  14. New page so here is the spreadsheet link again https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15Deg-GaeZYLml8NN3PVwoh_jUkQ8QmYUe1wxnVAlODE/edit
  15. Seems illogical to buy standard spirits such as Smirnoff in duty free when it’s free on the ship. Orange gin makes more sense.
  16. The included drinks are a range of spirits, still & sparkling water, speciality coffees, sodas such as Coca-Cola, tonic water, lemonade, ginger ale, red, white, rose & sparkling wine and some beers. At present the spirits include Gordon’s & Beefeater gins, Famous Grouse Whisky, Smirnoff Vodka, but these can change from time to time. There is no included Brandy.
  17. Pleased to hear that you find it so. Thanks.
  18. What’s included in the Premier & Ultimate Packages is listed on the website. https://azamara.co.uk/booked-guests/onboard packages. The Preium package doesn’t include any wines, but the Ultimate does. However from what is posted the list of wines listed as being available in the package may be neither up-to-date nor accurate. As you’ll also see that there are some wine lovers packages on offer, but given the comments about availability it seems to be a better bet to wait until you’re onboard & can see what’s actually available.
  19. You’re quite right. The spreadsheet has only been amended regarding the spirits as it does not mention anywhere the included beers.
  20. I have just learned from norn iron that this is a trial on Onward only. Have adjusted the spreadsheet again!
  21. Thanks for asking. I’ve adjusted the ‘Tips’ spreadsheet accordingly. Personally two half litres would be better!
  22. In the topic ‘Anyone on Board right now’ CC member norn iron reports that the included draught beer has changed from Newcastle Brown to Carlesberg and that in Suites instead of 4 half litres of spirits, you get your choice of spirits but only 1x1 litre bottle. I have amended the spreadsheet accordingly https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15Deg-GaeZYLml8NN3PVwoh_jUkQ8QmYUe1wxnVAlODE/edit
  23. What happens if you like different spirits - I drink gin & DH drinks whisky, so this new arrangement doesn’t work so well for us.
  24. Thanks for the information. Is that definitely the same on every ship now? If a few people can confirm that it is, I will amend the ‘Tips’ spreadsheet.
  25. You can order any drink you like with dinner. The included drinks are: - 2 red & two white wines, a sparkling wine and a rose wine - some beers - from memory it’s Budweiser and draft Newcastle brown plus a couple of other beers - certain spirits - Gordon’s & Beefeater Gin, Famous Grouse Whisky, a US whiskey (can’t remember which one) & Smirnoff Vodka - sodas such as Coca Cola, Sprite, tonic water, ginger ale - fruit juices including fresh orange juice & fruit smoothies at breakfast Although there is a priced cocktail menu, you can ask them to make cocktails with the included spirits & these are included. Note there is no Brandy in the included spirits so obviously you can’t have a brandy based cocktail included. it’s up to you to decide if you are happy with these drinks or want to buy one of the two upgrade packages. You can buy it from any day of the cruise and it’s possible for only 1 passenger in a stateroom to buy it. As a first timer on Azamara I suggest you look at the Tips for Azamara Newbies topic.
