  1. San Basilio is extremely unlikely.
  2. I presume you mean that you can’t use OBC to pay for speciality dining until you get onboard. Your post is a bit ambiguous.
  3. Look on the website - bottom menu - Life Onboard - Wining & Dining https://www.azamara.co.uk/life-onboard/dining There are packages you can buy bottom menu - Onboard Packages - Dining Packages https://www.azamara.co.uk/sites/default/files/pdfs/dining_package_onboard_flyer_jan2020_web.pdf Chef’s Table https://www.azamara.co.uk/booked-guests/onboard-packages/chefs-table You can’t reserve beforehand and can use OBC
  4. That’s great. Thanks for the information - added it to the spreadsheet https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pEoojQ5-EPmD4cI3gw1dVcYfYTXfZePdDXxU09l0H3M/edit Hope you have a great cruise.
  5. Depends where you are. In Norway it’s pretty much non-existent for part of the cruise due to the topography of the land, in other areas it’s mixed - goes from poor to reasonable - certainly never fast. That’s why it’s worth buying a full cruise package - otherwise you take up precious minutes logging on and off.
  6. At the end of the “Printer Friendly E-Brochure of all Shore Excursions” for my upcoming information there is a section headed General Information which includes the following “ What if I cancel my Shore Excursion?Guests enjoy the benefits of a hassle-free 48-hour cancellation period when reserving Shore Excursions. This flexible tour cancellation policy allows guests to cancel or modify tour reservations up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure without penalty. If changing or canceling a shore excursion within the appropriate non-penalty period, our valued guests will have two options: they can either contact the Shore Excursions team to reserve another tour, or if they choose to cancel, will have their onboard account credited in the full amount of the tour cost without penalty or fee.Tours that involve flights, special events, overland stays and hotel accommodations as well private arrangements may be subject to cancellation fees.“ There is a link to both the General Information and Terms and Conditions at the end of the first Itinerary Page of the brochure.
  7. Thanks for that - what a useful website. Added to spreadsheet (with a warning that the email address may have a limited life).
  8. Have you tried emailing Azamara Circle. Last time I used that email address I got an answer after a week or so. The email address I got the answer from was loyaltyintl@azamara.com Incidentally, having said earlier that my Travel Agent had usually managed to get through to Azamara by ringing first thing in the morning, this didn’t work today. She hung on for 2 hours and was then cut off.
  9. It’s just been reported on another thread by laurieb that corkage is now $15.
  10. Sorry, my mistake, it was actually £170pp. I got it right in the spreadsheet, but wrong in my post. Many apologies.
  11. If you look at the bottom of the full tour description you should see the clickable wording in blue saying ‘SHOW TERMS AND CONDITIONS+’ - here’s a screen print showing where it is.
  12. Yes, we had a stop at Buzios a couple of years ago as a substitute port. We loved it, it’s very lively. It’s easy to walk around, but there’s also a nice little tour you can do on a sort of open air tour bus/lorry. You don’t need to book beforehand, the booking office is just at the end of the pier. You book & pay there and they tell you where and when to turn up to take your tour. Can’t remember how much it was, but I’m sure it was pretty cheap. If you have family that like Haviana sandals, there’s a great Haviana shoe shop there, very much cheaper than in the UK.
  13. Not true in my experience. My travel agent gets through first thing in the morning, & I got through quite quickly.
  14. They should be able to make most drinks using the complimentary spirits, unless it uses one not included E.g. brandy. If you want a drink that can’t be made using complimentary spirits, then you would pay the full price.
  15. As upgrade offers are being made again, I decided to resurrect the upgrade spreadsheet & have added the information in the last couple of posts. Also realised I didn’t post the full information in my post, so here goes. Cruise is 29 October Athens to Dubai. We’re Discoverer level. We booked an Oceanview and the upgrade information was minimum Veranda £185pp, Veranda Plus £225pp. We bid £360 for a Verandah. Here’s the spreadsheet link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pEoojQ5-EPmD4cI3gw1dVcYfYTXfZePdDXxU09l0H3M/edit
  16. Can’t agree. We’ve sailed on one mass market cruise line, HAL, and the food on Azamara is much, much better!
  17. Thanks for that Hostjazzbeau, very clear!
  18. I think it depends how you got the Premium package.
