Yes, we had a stop at Buzios a couple of years ago as a substitute port. We loved it, it’s very lively. It’s easy to walk around, but there’s also a nice little tour you can do on a sort of open air tour bus/lorry. You don’t need to book beforehand, the booking office is just at the end of the pier. You book & pay there and they tell you where and when to turn up to take your tour. Can’t remember how much it was, but I’m sure it was pretty cheap.
If you have family that like Haviana sandals, there’s a great Haviana shoe shop there, very much cheaper than in the UK.
