  1. Deciding who to biopsy and who to monitor is a complicated process that warrants a sit down discussion with the individual. I'd be pretty uncomfortable generalizing here.
  2. I know that intuitively your thinking makes sense. However, not all cancers are aggressive and it is possible to harm the patient more by "treating" them than by just monitoring them. This is not only true of some prostate cancers but low grade lymphomas are an other example. Some lymphomas will just sit around for years not really harming the patient. The treatment is more harmful.
  3. Your neighbor, the attorney, has come to his conclusions by reading a third person account of a situation which the OP branded as malpractice. This is either very funny or very disgusting. I'll go with disgusting. I wonder what your neighbor, the attorney, thinks about the legal aspects of libel?
  4. Yes, relating a third party story and having no issue labeling the issue as malpractice.
  5. You may be right. Though one of my most amazing cruises was Allure at 50% capacity. Bartenders, some anyway, were happy to be truly practicing their craft. A bartender with time is so different than one who has a load of thirsty people who want their drink now.
  6. I'm just curious. Any idea how crew likes short cruises on mega ships? I would think turning over an O or I class ship twice a week instead of once would be a bit of a pain. Also, bartenders seem to enjoy connecting and bantering with guests. I would think connections would be hard to form on a short cruise with a mega ship.🤔
  7. If I booked Allure and Mamma Mia didn't happen I would be so bummed.😒
  8. And then there is the cruise ship corollary.... anything less than excellent on customer surveys is unacceptable.
  9. If I were going to do a 4+3 to make a week then I'd probably just do a 7 out of Bayonne as the itineraries for all of those sailings are fairly poor at best.
  10. The P's definitely made out well with the change. For D+ RCI is the better option, at least it is for me.
  11. All the more reason to not zip tie it to the balcony rail of a cruise ship.
  12. Maybe time for RCI to start courting its upper tier C&A members again?
  13. No food your drink because they don't want you to vomit and risk compromising your airway or aspirating the stuff into your lungs.
  14. That must be why the waste paper basket from the cabin is also on the balcony.😉
  15. Well, I'm not really sure why he asked the question since it is clear that he is going to do whatever he wants to anyway.
  16. I'm not sure that the issue is so much actually about lobster as it is about being treated like you are in kindergarten. I don't need anyone telling me what, when, how, or how much food to eat. I also don't need anyone telling me that I can't share my food if I so choose to do so. I can handle it all on my own thank you very much.
  17. Social media has really turned things up side down. Now when people get away with something that they should not have done they feel the need to tell the world about it.
  18. Hopefully they don't cut the budget by the time you get back aboard.
