They need someone at all of the baggage exits that will check your luggage tag to verify you grabbed the correct bag!

I am a member of Royals club Royale and wondering if the blue Chip club offers good perks for slot play?

Is there a charge for Northstar on Alaska cruise? I don't think we paid anything in 2019 but can't remember.

My guess is 3,4,and 5 night cruises. Even 26 7 night cruises with no "extra" points from suites or the covid double point promo's barely gets you to D+.
I looked it up and I have done 21 Royal and 10 Disney ,6 Carnival and 1 Princess!

The focus on RC is action and adventure whereas on Celebrity it is more on rest and relaxation.
If you don’t like the smaller RC ships which have less entertainment venues you may also find the Celebrity M class limited.
In our opinion all Celebrity ships ‘win’ on food, relaxing bars, a quieter atmosphere and excellent service. Also generally less children on board and those that are on board are well supervised and well behaved.
Also in our opinion RC ‘win’ on entertainment and activities.
With a free cruise up for grabs why not just give Celebrity a go? If you board expecting a new experience you may find you really enjoy the differences. if you board and compare negatively with the RC big ships then you will be disappointed.
Thank you very much . This was the kind of response I was looking for. different brands offer quite a few differences and I thought why not give them a try. We are taking the kids and grandkids on a Disney cruise next year, but I like to have a casino for my entertainment, which Disney does not have. I would like to experience the step above food and service that I here Celebrity offers!

You were offered a free cruise??
Yes, comped cruise with a balcony up to 9 days on any ship except the Ascent. This was based on my casino play on Royal on my last cruise. I wanted to book Hawaii for next July but I can only book 6 months out.

Ok, so sell me on Celebrity! I've done I think 26 cruises on Royal and I play in the casino quite a bit. Celebrity called and offered me a balcony on any cruise up to 9 days, but I would like to do something in January or February of 2024. We thought about just a short cruise including Key West but not a big fan of the smaller Royal ships, so what will we think about the Summit?

Ive seen guys go into the dining room on dress up night with a plain tee shirt and shorts and I've seen guys really dressed nice on formal night. I personally like a nice shirt ,slacks and a jacket on dress up night, but that's just me!

deck 12
cabin 1832
starboard side
ship Independence of the seas
in all of my cruises I have never been in a deck 12 cabin. I know it has a large window, but will the motion be much more noticeable ?
-
The one thing I've never forgot in the safe is my gambling money because usually by the end of the cruise there is $0.

What is the vaccination policy as of October for Disney?

went on the Freedom on the 16th and had a blast. First time ever having #1 a porthole cabin and #2 being on deck 2. Cabin was really nice and we were aft which wasn't a problem at all. If you don't like crowds this is probably not the time for you to go. Our cruise was full to capacity and you couldn't get on an elevator that wasn't packed. Developed covid shortly after the cruise and it has thrown me for a loop. 103 temp and chills and now very congested. I think I'm going to chill for a bit before going again! This was #37 and we do love them but I don't want to ever get this sick again, and can't imagine it while in a tiny cabin away from home.

Are the Disney ships sailing at 100% capacity?

I always order a carafe of coffee every morning, but don't recall a coffee maker in the cabin.

They have turned everyone loose in the parks. Disney World is wall to wall people again and elbow to elbow waiting on rides!

I didn't realize that. I thought they went back to requiring 2500 points to make prime for next year.
Club Royale told me it was 1500 until the end of the year.

To make Prime from now until December 31st is 1500 points and starting in January Prime will go back to 2500 points.

Hello from Fort Lauderdale!
My flight from Montreal ended up leaving two hours later than planned because the snow made everything more complicated and there was a lot of traffic at the plane de-icing stations.
At the airport, I had no issue getting an accessible taxi. I asked the person who was manning the taxi station and it took less than 5 minutes for a taxi with a ramp to show up.
I am staying at the Hyatt Place on SE 10th Ave. I have an accessible room with a king bed. The room feels a bit dated, but the bathroom is great for me accessibility-wise. It has a roll-in shower with a large bench and two sets of faucets so it’s just as conveniently placed if you’re standing up or using the bench.
The hotel is close to the Harbor Shops where I bought my two bottles of wine to bring onboard (Total Wine) and cabin snacks (Publix). As much as there is to eat on a cruise ship, I always miss chips.
Later tonight I am reuniting with my cruise friends who are also doing the transatlantic.
A lot of you mentioned doing transatlantics in the past or having one booked in the future. What was everyone’s favourite transatlantic crossing (ship/itinerary) and why?
Ive stayed several times at this hotel and yes it does need to be freshened up a bit, but it is close to the port!

Me and my fiancé did the Ovation out of Seattle the summer before covid and we loved it. We also arrived one day early to explore Seattle, and enjoyed that too. Not too sure about Seattle now with everything that has happened there. We have done a few Carnival cruises and about 12 Disney cruises and possibly 25 with Royal(our favorite). We are planning our next Casino tier credit cruise and just not sure where we want to go. Don't care to cross the pond with everything that's going on!
