Your right 2BACRUISER,we tend to live in a society thats quick to complain/crticise but not to praise I,m not one for posting reviews and tend to take more notice of folks opinions on this Marella forum than reviews posted elsewhere to be honest We,re on Voyager in just over 4 weeks and looking forward to it having done every other Marella ship I will give my thoughts on here on our return

Interesting D We were on the America cruise 5 weeks or so ago and couldn,t check in onlineand it had to be done at the airport.Wasn,t an issue for us as we had already pre- booked our seats TUI website/system is awful -

Oh,and if you are not booked through TUI but through a third party/Independant TA its up to them to contact TUI as TUI wont entertain customers who are booked through an independant TA I,ve had the same issues in the past when not booked through TUI -
Hi G It would seem there is no adapted balcony cabins Any adapted cabins are inside and outside on Deck 5

Hi K, Are you meaning you cant check in?If thats what you mean you cant check in online for the US has to be done at airport Regards your thread title We put in Marella Discovery,Port Canaveral, the address and zip/postcode Might be a bit late in the day but if its neither of these your meaning I,d be going back into the TUI travel agents and demanding they help you,its there job -

Uber would be $45ish from terminal to central park -
Never knew this was available with Marella/TUI and dont think I,d be tempted if part of a package. We have waited no time at all for our luggage to arrive at our cabin and there has been a few times our luggage has been outside our cabin by the time we have embarked Think keeping luggage on disembarkation day sounds like too much hassle
-
Hi Paul With Marella? i know if your an independant traveller(not part of package) you are permitted to hold onto your luggage until you disembark but never knew this was an option if your on a package deal
-
Interesting Paul as for all the cruise we have been on not once been offered or known there was such an option
-
The majority of our cruises tend to involve a stay afterwards and you are informed the day/night before the end of your cruise your disembarkation time and transfer to your hotel/resort.

Working okay for me but find its not exactly the best user friendly website. We prefer face to face booking by going into a TUI shop who will price match online price. We did this yesterday and secured a further discount not available online 😉 Dont find the TUI/Marella app great either but might be an age issue on my behalf😅 -
Hi L Back to the Med for our next one We checked in online without a problem but you cannot print off boarding passes for the USA.You are given your boarding passes at check in desk at airport Coming home was the same.Checked in on my phone and boarding passes issued at airport Our flight coming home along with every other flight was delayed, ours by 3 hrs Thankfully we were in the TUI lounge, with food, drink and access to an outside area(smoking)otherwise the hrs hanging about the airport would have felt longer Have a good one
