Emerald and Regal were both on schedule. Wonder if they will have 2 ships in England?

Just rec'd email from PCL that ALL Regal cruises to and in Europe 2023 cancelled because of Ukraine situation. Refund options included in email but no other info as to where the ship might go.

I manage to watch their presentation with my TA. What a bunch of up sell ... Wonder what you will get in beverages with Plus. -
Elite is not what it use to be - free internet, laundry, bar set etc. Calculate the value to you before spending the money to get there via suite.
