  1. That would mean that it is full and no longer accepting waitlist. If you choose to eat earlier, I would go with YTD.
  2. Thanks for the discount code! I was able to successfully use it online.
  3. This is the pre-purchase price prior to the added 18% gratuity.
  4. ^^^^ This. We noticed (as have others) that Carnival has turned off the ability to make/receive wifi calls other than through third-party apps such as Facebook and Whatsapp.
  5. It really depends on the terms of the offer under which you book. If you book an Early Saver fare, normally you would only lose $50 pp and the remainder would become a FCC. Other fares have non-refundable deposits, which you would lose.
  6. The last two cruises I was on (post return), they were very adamant about make sure you watch the safety video playing in your stateroom. over and over and over and over and over 🙂 You probably noticed it playing on a loop when you first entered your stateroom. I think that the frequency or strength of reminders to watch it depends on your cruise director, honestly.
  7. They don't check or anything. Watching it in your room is simply an expectation.
  8. Actually, the expectation is that you will watch the safety briefing on your TV after attending the lifejacket demonstration at your muster station. So, it's not either/or, it is both/and.
  9. You can see your onboard credit, etc by going to your cruise manager on Carnival.com. Adding the credit card number for onboard expenses will be done during your online check in, which happens 14 days prior to the cruise, also through your cruise manager.
  10. Just a note (the above posters are correct) ... you cannot take the iron back to your room and you cannot bring on your own iron or steamer. I usually bring a really good wrinkle release spray and it does the trick. You're on vacation. You will likely never see these people again in your life, why would you care what they think about a few wrinkles 🙂
  11. The specialty restaurants limit to one entree. Believe me, most people couldn't eat more than that 🙂 As far as the three year old, the steakhouse does have a children's menu and children's pricing. If he/she is just going to eat off of your plate, though, I don't believe that they will charge you.
  12. I have had this happen and it was given to me as OBC.
