Tried multiple times and still no luck.

MedallionClass App Help! We booked a last-minute cruise scheduled for October 16th. When I get to the guest check-in page on the cruise personalizer, it shows the October cruise and tells me to use the MedallionClass App to check-in. However, when I click on it, it takes me to the check-in for my January 6th cruise. What am I doing wrong? Can someone please guide me in the right direction?

Our last cruise was pre-pandemic, so naturally our FCC purchased on that cruise has expired and was refunded. We are currently booked on a January cruise (without any FCC). We might jump on a last-minute cruise mid-October. So if I purchase FCC while on this last-minute cruise, can I apply it to the January cruise? I believe final payment for the January cruise is due BEFORE the start of the last-minute cruise.

Ok. Thanks. The later pic didn't have the wording "01-WestCoast22" at the bottom right of the menu. But still....chili on day one as the beef option? I'm used to having my prime rib day one and then again later in the week. AND they took away the steak from the everyday portion of the menu.

I was almost in shock seeing chili on the menu again on day 3, but I'm assuming that this is the menu from day 1

Looking forward to your "LIVE FROM" posts. If possible, can you post pics of the MDR dinner menus, especially from the 12 day sailing? ceilidh1 posted some but not all from her 7 day cruise since she also did specialty dining.

Cruise Raider, I don't know how else to reach you, but you seem to be in the know. I have a question posted on the Millennium 9/24 roll call that I hope you can answer. I tried the messaging feature but it's disabled.

Zuiderdam and Silver Seas Mariner will be utilizing Pier 35 and both are "in transit". They will have minimal impact on your boarding the Ruby.

Things are alot better now. As Cruise Raider mentioned, it was a mess in April and a few more times after that.
