I know when we would go to brunch on Mothers Day each Mom would always get a rose. Does Carnival do anything? My parents are on the Breeze and its Mothers day as well as them celebrating their anniversary this trip.. 45 years!!!
I am really just curious since there is really nothing I can do about it now!!
Mothers have received a single flower in the main dining room in the past. We haven't sailed on Mothers Day but friends have a few times.

May sound silly, but is it considered 6 or 7 day at $58.00 per day?
It's the # of "nights".

Thanks!
Welcome, enjoy your cruise.

It's my understanding that your S&S card acts as your players club card?
and if so if there are two of us in a room linked to the same credit card do all the casino points go together?
No each card is different, each player accumulates their own points.

FYI, 1.0 liter is 33.814 US fl oz or 35.195 Imperial fl oz.
An Imperial quart is 38.4 US fl oz or 1.14 liter
Apparently some liquor through BV shows up in 1.14L bottles, apparently more of a Canadian thing. Florida departures I've ordered BV on have always had 1.0L bottles.
Same in California. 1.0 Ltr.

Also, once you get the card punched to the end, they will give you a CD or USB of the pictures aswell so you can print duplicates. Keep that in mind before you buy more than one copy (if it is a group of people and everyone wants there own copy)

Is this something brand new. On the Miracle last January we got the USB drive, after purchasing the required # of pictures, but it did not have our pics on it? I do know that you can purchase, for a fee, a CD of all your pics you have purchased.

I would recommend Xunantunick. I was not impressed with Altun Ha.
I agree. We did an AI there once and toured both. Later when we cruised there in 2008 we revisited Xunantunick.

Definitely the Miracle. It's a longer cruise.
For sure.

How long ago was that? We used to get envelopes in the room about 5 years ago. Now they have just added it to the sail &sign bill.
As stated, it is at a rate of $11.50 per day (that is per person in the cabin) to cover all staff. Some for dining and room steward is included in that.
We usually give an extra $20 per wait staff if exceptional, which usually is.
Will automatically appear on your S & S account on the 2nd day.

I beat you all. I did the Flowrider on oasis of the seas a couple months before my 60th birthday. And, I rode the darn thing!
Over 60 when I did in in GT last year. Retired and still livin large (but not recklessly).

Enjoy, sounds like you earned it and congrats on 10 years.

Remember that not all ships have a Future Cruise booking desk/kiosk.

Definitely the 8 night cruise.
Longer cruise and great ports!
I vote the 8 day also.

Question for anyone here... we have only sailed out of Galveston since they started the Cheers program. Sailing from Galveston Cheers can only be purchased day 2; is that the same for Florida?
You can purchase 1st day out of any Florida ports.

Funny you should ask...on recent Sunshine cruise...I mighta had some Jack Daniels laying about that I decided to mix with the lemonade and iced tea squeezed in lemon or lime....my own "version" of Lynchburg Lemonade...wasn't that bad for a spur of the moment mix..that lasted the rest of the cruise.
Done the same. Even Southern Comfort is good, little sweeter plus on those chilly mornings mix it with hot chocolate.

When we order liquor and wine from Bon Voyage, and are hosting family in our room on one night before dinner or the show, we order several veggie and cheese plates from room service. It's just a quick bite to compliment, or to snack on what we are drinking, and I tip the attendant appropriately for the number of people in the room.
Same here, absolutely nothing "classless" about doing this.

Would you be able to bring on pineapple juice in your luggage?
On your carry on, instead of soda or water. We have done so for mixer.
-
Thanks...was hoping that was the case. We really like sailing out of FLL.:)
We do also and were hoping to do a B2B on Freedom but that was before they announced they were moving her to Galveston. Now not sure, maybe Conquest? Maybe Dream out of NO? We like 8 day cruises and were looking forward 16 days cruisin especially after our Hawaii last year, not sure we can go back to just an 8 day.

#1 - better ports, better ship. Freedom much newer and larger with more amenities and will be recently out of drydock with the 2.0 upgrades.
Freedom also.

I find it much easier to prepay the gratuities, then not have to worry about it being added to my S&S... Easy for me personally to budget that way...
Same here, and they will be charged on the 2nd night.

We use both the Ports of Call boards here on CC and Trip Advisor.
Same here, both are good sources. Also reading others reviews.

Nope, nothing to do with smoking. I like having the fresh air, having a place to sit in peace and enjoy the sea go by, a place to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning. So many reasons to have a balcony.
Same here, since 2008.

Go to My Booking-Beverage packages and you can buy lots of booze from "Bon Voyage" that is delivered to your cabin usually before you arrive:)
Expensive though;)
There is a 2 bottle limit per cabin now.

I beg to differ. I forgot to pack mine and tried to get one from our steward.. she basically said we were S.O.L. unless we took it to the bars or dining room.
Then I discoverd that they were screw top and it wasn't even an issue after all..
Sorry to hear that but we never bring one along and every cruise our steward has provided one.

Same here after our niece slipped at the birthday party we were hosting for her and ended up in the ER.
