  1. I don’t know prior to this re being in Sydney but definitely 8 Oct 3 days down to Eden and back 11 Oct we leave from Sydney for 28 days circumnavigating Australia arriving back 8 November.
  2. Where are you based? We’re in Australia and flying to Vancouver in may 2023 so will be in same boat (pun intended lol) but hoping by then it might have changed. however we’re planning on flying in Monday 1st for leaving Saturday 6th may, so leaving plenty of time for delays, tests etc
  3. That’s fair enough unless maybe if you pay for them via credit card from aus? I’ll investigate it 🥰
  4. So the cruise originated in Vancouver but I booked it through our PvP here. So price was in aud. Would that be the same?
  5. We do have one booked already through PvP to make sure onboard credit was used. so I’m presuming it is aud. However was very pleased that the obc to received was usd
  6. I actually asked our PvP this question yesterday for our Alaska cruise, and even though our onboard folio states charges will be in USD, he said my booking made he in aus, we paid in AUD and any excursions I book will be in AUD, presuming of course I book them pre cruise, as is our intention. So when I look under excursions on our cruise, I presume the prices (showing to me at least) will be AUD?
  7. No idea but what a great idea! Can’t see it being a problem cos if you buy something on shore it is scanned going back on board
  8. Yes it's definitely only those items that require the $3000 excess.
  9. So sorry to hear about your friends. Surely if you speak with the Maitre'D? Guest services etc they can assist.
  10. 1Cover. we were able to use for Australian cruises but they don’t insure for international when over 80 as Frank is. We gave now tsken annual worldwide unlimited for Frank for great price.
  11. So just a thought, are you guys collecting the paper work for missed ports for your travel insurance? We just were granted refund for missing port Douglas in June. $250 each ($500) minus excess of $200 still gave us $300 return. Just had to supply official letter from Princess showing our name, voyage and reason for missing (ie bad weather).
  12. He obviously didn’t connect lol even the clearly labelled “emergency”! Our first time in a suite so maybe he thought it was just special royal coloured accessories 😂😂😂
  13. Haha I had a phone call from services I. Response to our “emergency” button rang twice! Turned out Frank thought it was a washing line and was trying to work out where it connected too!!!! Hehe
  14. We didn’t use the spa, Frank felt getting in would possibly be okay but not getting out! Sounds like we missed out lol
