Probably just walking around town. None of the excursions appealed or we had already done them. It is a beautiful day.

I expect two Gala nights. Next one is the sea day. I think the first one was second day. On Gala nights we are doing specialty dinning. Can't speak to MDR or club orange. We are in a Neptune Suite.

Good Morning from Charlottetown, thanks for the fleet report. I'm not sure about today's meal suggestion. The lido is offering mussels tonight, that's a hard pass for me. Hopefully something else will appeal. Waiting for a bit to get off the ship. Don't expect much to be open before 10.

Good Morning, Today's When and Where

Good Evening, after dinner we watched Cantare and we both thought the performances were good. Happy Hour strikes again with a beautiful view.

The current system is the old system. No on demand movies or shows.

Some observations up to this point. Tuesday we put laundry out by 9 am. When we went to the room to get ready for dinner it was returned. Quick good service. I'm used to see Canaletto and Tamarind staff pushing their dinners. What surprised me was the Pinnacle Grill pushing the lunch on the one sea day on this cruise. We took the bait and are giving it a try. We've both had random dinner reservations appear on our daily itinerary. We check each day to keep it accurate. The Effy store was too hot every day. The staff, who we met on Eurodam, asked us to complain. During 9pm happy hour we submitted feedback through Navigator app. Today the shops temperature is comfortable. The TV service that we are used to on the newer ships is nonexistent on this ship. Definitely a step back in time. Tonight we had another nice dinner in the lido.

After we went back to the ship I stopped in the lounge for a drink. A woman was watching tv. From the side my first thought was that you made it onboard!

I don’t mind at all.

Good Afternoon, Sydney is a wonderful place to visit. Today the sun is shining and the winds are strong. I found the craft fair. It moved to a new location and is much smaller. The terminal has plenty of places to part with your money. I bought a salmon from a local artist. It's really nice up close.

Good Morning, the Zaandam has three happy hour times. 4 in the Ocean Bar and Crows Nest, 9 in the Sea View Bar and 10 in yhe Ocean Bar. Despite the wording on the daily it appears that all drinks are 50% off. I got another blueberry beer and it was 3.50. Last night's dinner was in the lido. Food and service were on par with other ships. We finally went to a show last night, the comedian Drew Fraser. We saw him on the Eurodam in April and is a good show to catch, unless you are easily offended. Today's When and Where

Good Morning from Sydney, the weather forecast was for rain today but the sun is breaking through. Today's meal suggestion sounds good. We would like to visit Iceland and I showed DH the itinerary that @dfish is looking at and it appeals a lot. Only problem is that work won't give us 25 days off. No agenda for today. We will just walk around and see what's out there.

Good Afternoon, the morning started out cool and overcast. The sun came and turned into a beautiful day. Zaandam in Port. It was sad to see that all the shops in terminal were gone. I was told that they would be back late July. Trying a PEI beverage while waiting for happy hour.

Good Morning, it was foggy overnight so the ships horn chirped all night until we approached the dock. Breakfast in the lido was a bit busier this morning but still no long lines. Today's When and Where

Good Morning from Halifax, thanks for the daily fleet report. It was a very foggy night and the ships horn kept sounding until we approached the dock. Not sure what's for dinner but assume it will be from the lido. I let the concierge know that I will be complaining post cruise about the 5* internet change. I hope everyone has a good day today.

Good Evening, dinner was at the Canaletto and the food and service were good. Forgot to take pictures. The concierge was to have marked the reservation as a five star free dinner, she didn't. The Canaletto staff corrected the mistake. The shopping area is still too warm but slightly better than yesterday. Our cabin seems comfortable tonight. First towel animal and chocolate.

Just received some disappointing news from the concierge. The five star internet perk does not apply if you bought the package before boarding the ship. The Mariner Society said that the perk only applies if bought on board. This is contrary to previous experiences since reaching five star. Based on this anyone can get the five star perk. She will credit me the $30 for the first 7 days but not the second.

We didn’t mind it all. The tender to and from was quick. Since the ship was behind the island I couldn’t get a picture of it from shore.

So far everything looks good.

Today's free excursion was the Zaandam tender to get into port. Returning the water was a bit rough so the ship moved a bit to help with tendering.
