  1. We had a great time with 9 other family members. Wish we’d had more time to chat. Family kept me crazy busy. We had a great cave experience in Aruba, shopped in Curacao (I was happy for the clouds) & relaxed in Labadee. Melody
  2. Glad you’re feeling comfy with this insurance agent. Having the right healthcare is so important. Melody
  3. I am now a total fan of Apple Air Tags. We flew to Ft Lauderdale yesterday n SW. I was looking at the app (find your tag) & told Les, your bag is on board, mine isn’t. Guess I’ll get it tomorrow. Nope SW has a thing that bags stay with person. So we were waiting for 3 bags. All of a sudden my tag on the app starts to live, rapidly. Here comes a luggage truck to the plant, I watched my bag get loaded & a couple of others. My app now showed my bag ‘with me’. The flight attendant was standing behind eme watching my app. His comment, I’m buying those tomorrow. I’m really pretty impressed we landed & had a great burger & key lime pie at Gilbert’s on 17th & Cordova. Melody
  4. FYI. I highly recommend Apple Air Tags for your luggage. Yup, mine was left at DEnver airport, I told Les, I’ll get the bag tomorrow. Nope they crosscheck now on SW & the plane doesn’t depart until all luggage is on board. I had my find your tag app open & realized my bag wasn’t on the plane (Les’s was). The flight attendant was standing behind me looking at tge app. All of a sudden my tag starts moving rapidly & a luggage truck comes up very quickly & unloaded 3 suitcases, mine was one. The tag now showed my case was ‘with me’. Flight attendant said I’m buying those tomorrow Melody
  5. Laurie, I feel for your hubs. Severe RA is a very debilitating disease. You need to find a specialist that really specializes in it. There are effective treatments out there. Be aware that a mobility scooter may be a great option for the bad days
  6. You will have, at most 3 hours at Disney. It’s really better done as a separate trip. You need a lot more time for Disney or it’s really a waste of money
  7. I bought that Sketchers teal shirt at Costco, we didn’t have other colors, it fits well & is perfect. Glad you like your dresses Laurie, I’m really pleased with Chicos quality. We leave tomorrow for our cruise. I just finished antibiotics for a nasty ear infection so am finally feeling good again. Suitcases are packed & ready to load in the car. We have to drive to Denver as flights from our Springs airport were just insane. I wasn’t going to spend more for a flight than I did for the cruise. Looking forward to being warm!!! Melody
  8. I agree, the travelers are great, but too heavy for me
  9. I don’t know what an Angelina is. Is it like a ruana or wrap?
  10. Wow Sharon, you’ve been busy! I really miss the photo kiosk in Costco. We have several of their photo books. It’s fun to see the grands grab them when they come over to relive memories.
  11. I do a color palette (normally black, white & cobalt blue or hot pink) & every piece goes with at least 2-3 other pieces. Staying with black bottoms, shirts, capris, crops, slacks makes everything easier
  12. Ah, I’d call that a ruana or topper, it’s not a sweater, those are perfect
  13. 32 degree is available at Costco as well as Eddie Bauer, Spyder, NorthFace & several others
  14. Pookel I’d definitely add another swimsuit, nothing worse than trying to put a cold, wet swimsuit back on (& it can take more than one day to dry a bathing suit on a ship, nothing left on veranda). I understand wanting cardigans, but honestly, it’ll likely be too hot to wear one except in the evening on deck. I wear one onboard (it can be cool in FL) & always have a black cardi for evenings. I’d add one more pair of shoes (my feet swell terribly on all ships & I need to switch footwear. Good luck & enjoy
  15. Colorado here, I bring a packable down hooded jacket (it weighs about 6 oz & has its own packing bag (makes a lovely pillow).
  16. That’s a pretty ruana. Amazon has tons at very good prices. I wouldn’t wear that as a swimsuit coverup tho
  17. Almost 18, still young. I was finishing my second year of college. Les had been in the Air Force for almost 2 years. We’ve been together since I was 15
  18. Kat, we got married in NH, I was 17 (18 in January) & Les was 20. He was in the AF & headed to Vietnam. Parents were in attendance. Melody
