I am not sure I was asking for the Royal treatment, just some dinner. As for cheap, it seems you have got some great contacts to cruise for that price, or you haven't cruised post covid.

Have you actually had an email response? If so, then reply for an escalation. You could also try fb as a last resort.

You can still use a search engine on computers (and perhaps some devices) to find similar images of a personal photo, it may not be exact but it may give a big clue. I don't always have access to all the photos I have taken personally, so I may not have posted a photo taken personally but I have usually been there and taken similar photos.

Cheers Lyle, I can usually let the ranters slide by and fully expected some cheerleaders for HAL as well. But I did get some confirmation of what I suspected, which is that service consistency wasn't just off on our cruise but is fleet wide. It may take an exceptional itinerary to coax us back to HAL. BTW we wil be in Sydney for the 20 February 2025 now, at the Rendezvous hotel in the Rocks, so we can always catch up for dinner that night.

It is hard to guage, but will track this pic closely.
