Whether they needed it or not still wouldn't want to have lost it. I lost a US passport in a foreign country. Definitely not a fun experience. Definitely don't lose it on a Friday afternoon when you need it on a Sunday. Problem was solved but not before we went a little crazy.

We have our steward remove them. They take up closet space and we don't wear them.
Us too, I like as much hanging space as possible!- 3

Why would anyone let the ship staff handle their clothing knowing that the majority of positive cases are staff?

I have had a few 30+ days on cruise ships, and have become quite proficient washing clothes in my cabin if I need too. It’s nice having magnetic walls, because I can string my clothesline with clips across with a couple of magnetic hooks.
I will only use the ships laundry for the things others have mentioned, and that’s also a big maybe. 🤔

We always take advantage of the stuffed bag of laundry, but usually put all types of clothing in it to be laundered. We can carry as much as we want because we are also driving to the port, however, we will be overseas until we return on another TA to get back to the US. We prefer to carry less baggage for our train travel, between cruises, around Europe. I believe hand washing, and those free stuffed bags will be our solution this time around. Thanks all for your input!
Sounds like a wonderful trip!
We usually travel with smaller bags in Europe also, I take some laundry liquid with me for hand washing and a travel clothesline as Deb does.
We also put other items in the free bags, and if you are both D+ you will get one each.

I’m on the first 3 weeks and I was thinking of starting a thread. If I do it probably won’t be that good since I have never done a review before. I’d be up for going and getting answers for people.
please do Renee- 1

Cocoa Beach has wonderful sand dunes and beaches.
I agree, I have only stayed at Cocoa Beach overnight, however I though the beach was gorgeous.

What are Golden Suites, what are their benefits?
They are specific to sailings from Asia, different to the regular suites program. More info:

^This is incorrect.

Not sure why you are dropping off at FLL.
Hertz & Alamo have locations right next to the port. Both have shuttles.
ditto this - change your drop to Hertz Port Everglades so you are closer and can use their shuttle (maybe call to check if shuttle is running?)- 1

Moving cabins so I have to pack up tonight. I'm moving up in the world!
I chose a deck 13 balcony for my next cruise as it was cheaper than the obstructed balconies I'm in now.
Love that you are staying on!
Gorgeous pictures, thank you so much for the review. -

I just looked at RCL website and there are zero (0) cruises x-Sydney showing for Australia or NZ? We're booked on a Feb '23 cruise and it is still showing on my account, but not on RCL website. Interesting
There have been a couple of reports of this from US website users. The cruises are all definitely for sale on the Australian website.Don’t read too much into it at this time

We are on the Ovation on Oct. 9 2022. I can't see it as a new booking but it is still there on my reservations. I think we know what this means but RCCL hasn't announced it yet.
Still for sale on RC Australian website -

Is anyone scheduled for one of RCCL's South Pacific cruises that could share what shore excursions there might be? Is it all scuba/snorkel options?
I have a December South Pacific cruise booked and there are no shore excursions showing in the cruise planner yet.Pre-pandemic in both Noumea and Port Vila there were many land tours available (e.g. round island tours, cultural shows etc).
Mystery Island is a very small island - you can walk around the whole island in an hour.

Thanks Missusdubbya! We are doing a B2B on Harmony in March. My son and his family will be joining us for the second week. Should we stay onboard for the consecutive cruisers lunch or should we try to get off and meet up with them?
I would stay onboard, meeting up with them in the terminal may be difficult if it is busy. You will see them soon enough 😁(If staying onboard you will be part of the escorted consecutive cruisers group on and off the ship as part of the turnaround, however when we did this it was early and to a separate area in the terminal)
