  1. Sea day #7, our last. It has been rockin pretty good since last night. We are hoping it clears up, so it won't ruin our last day in the Sanctuary.
  2. We are currently on the Enchanted. Sabatini's has not been busy at all. You should not have any issues making your arrangements once you are onboard.
  3. Tonight we returned to "The Catch" for the 4th time. Again, it was fantastic! We each started with the Crab Cakes. We each had the Nicoise Salad, DELICIOUS! Debbie had the Swordfish (again!) and I had the Dover Sole. Karina deboned the filet tableside. It was also delicious and huge! The Dover Sole was one of the best I have ever had. For dessert for each had one Mini Croquembouche filled with Vanilla Gelato. We were then carried to our room to shake off our food coma!
  4. We made it to 1:00 in the Sanctuary. We could see the very dark clouds and rain we were heading towards and ran to our cabin! The winds were howling by the time we left.
  5. No, that is our own. I brought a bottle of the original and one of the green. The original was emptied a few days ago. Our servers keep it for me in the dining room. I never leave home without it!
  6. We will spend the first week of April in Sydney and then board the Majestic Princess in Sydney for 33 days, to Seattle. How about you guys?
  7. We spoke to our Sommelier tonight regarding the wine package. He said that it has been available on the Enchanted for a few weeks. It has not been popular because it is a set of pre-selected wines and passengers have wanted to pick their own choices off of the bottle wine list. Because of this they have not been advertising the packages. They have asked management to make a change to allow customers to make their own selections off the wine list. They are waiting for a response.
  8. Tonight's dinner was really good! The extra dishes in the Reserve Collection Dining Room were a Lobster Ravioli in a Lobster Bisque Sauce and a Seared Halibut. Debbie had the Ravioli as her main course and I had the Halibut. Both were delicious! Lobster tails were on the menu tonight, we are kind of over cruise ship lobster. We are are grilling huge lobster tails at home for Christmas dinner, much better. For those that will be onboard after us, Nikki and Elena are the BEST! (Nikki with my Cholula). We tried a new wine tonight. It was very good, like a California Pinot Noir.
  9. We have a 4:30 pm direct flight from Miami to LAX, we will walk through our front door around 11 pm EST. 🥺
  10. We are also planning on a week stay prior to boarding. See you on the Roll call?
  11. We are currently on the Enchanted. No mention of wine packages. I'll ask tonight as one of the Sommeliers stops by at dinner every night. 🤷‍♂️

  13. The extra dishes tonight in the Reserve Collection Dining Room were Beef Tenderloin and Spaghetti aglio e olio with Shrimp (the Spaghetti was delicious!).
  14. Obviously, this is a personal choice. But our balcony is no comparison to the Sanctuary experience.
  15. Our current position looks to be in the middle of the Atlantic. Maybe a bit closer to the Caribbean than dead center...
