That’s what I was thinking too. And I’m ok with losing $200 if we cancel but not $900. No, I’m not 100% sure of the OBC amount. I do know that you get “up to” $500. Last information I could find had $150.

We are interested in a Fall 2025 cruise in Europe. First time doing one in Europe. Since it’s more than 1 1/2 years away a lot can happen. Here is the dilemma. The price is good, IMO, $5300 for Aqua Class w/o perks. The problem is the NRD is $900. We are cruising in May so if I wait and book it on the ship my understanding is the deposit would be $100 pp and a $150 OBC. So should I wait and hope the price doesn’t go up or book it now and chance losing the deposit?

We are flying into Rome and staying in Rome a few days before the cruise. Is it necessary to get to the port and spend the night there the day before departure or will we have plenty of time to get to the port the same day?

Same here. First time in 2013 and then 4 more times. It’s been awhile for us. Looking forward to getting back on her in May! I totally agree about the sunset bar area.

Right? We were in a SV on Beyond in January and were told we could not have a lounge chair due to safety as a guest hurt themselves. Now footstools! Ridiculous.

This, IMHO, is an excellent reason not to purchase a retreat cabin.

I believe Deck 14 has the fitness center, pool and buffet. I would go with 11 because you will have cabins above and below.

Nice! I love Cosmos but have gotten some from the martini bar that were awful. I will have to try the sky lounge!

Are these the Cosmos from the HH? Which bar? They look great!

Hopefully that’s the case in other class rooms but unfortunately the videos I have seen of SV on Ascent have the same furniture as Beyond.

Looks like a suite balcony. IMO for the money I spent on a SV the furniture should be comfortable too.

Did you book through a TA? I had this problem last week, called Celebrity to upgrade and they couldn’t see the classic package on my account. My TA had not uploaded the upgraded. Once they did that I could see it.

We were in a SV a few weeks ago and could bid up to RS.

When you go into Cruise Planner and go to the drop down with all the options it will show how much credit you have left. If it’s $600 it wasn’t applied but I would call celebrity anyway to get it worked out.

Interesting. I’ve never heard the morning announcement in the cabin in celebrity. Very annoying.
