Great job so far @ozark_kid! We are onboard for the second leg of a B2B. This is was our view of the boarding lineup a few minutes ago. We heard a crew announcement a little while ago that there is expected to be 3915 passengers onboard. Boarding started a little late as there were a few passengers that had not disembarked and they could not find them.

Sorry. I am on Ovation and the wifi is horrible. I tried to scroll through the threads but gave up lol

Not sure if this has already been mentioned, but we are currently onboard the Ovation for the first leg of a B2B and have been told that a test is no longer required for the second leg as long as you are fully vaccinated and over 12. I have asked two different guest services agents and they both said the same thing and that it is a new policy. I had gone to guest services to inquire about how to set up the appointment for our turnaround test. The first rep made a call and came back and said it was no longer required. I did not really believe him so went back later to ask another rep and was told the same thing. Testing is still required for initial boarding. This will make turnaround a lot less stressful!

I live across the street from the cruise terminal in Saint John, NB. We moved into this condo building in September 2020 so have yet to see any cruise ships come in. I am excited to finally start seeing them next week! There are some big changes coming soon to the Saint John Waterfront which I think cruisers are going to love, including a container village next to the cruise port and other exciting projects. I am not sure when it is all supposed to be ready but it is kind of an eye sore at the moment. It looks like at least the Container Village is suppose to be ready this summer. Hopefully they pretty this up before long. I will follow up as the work progresses.

Am I being unreasonable? We are sailing on 5/5/22 on Ovation. We have three cabins. My sister is sailing solo and originally booked a Studio Interior. So she would have gotten 2 pts per night with the double pt promo. In August 2021, we noticed that an Interior Guarantee was only about $10 difference so I called Casino Royal to see about upgrading her. I specifically asked if the guarantee cabin would be a double occupancy because she wanted to be able to get 4 pts per night (2 per night for solo and then the double promo). I was told yes it would be a full size cabin and she would get the quadruple pts. We made the change and she has been patiently waiting since that time for her assignment. She got the assignment today and it was the same studio interior cabin # she had originally booked way back when so instead of getting the 4 pts per night she has been expecting, she will only get 2. I am currently on the phone with RCL to see about getting this resolved and they are saying I have to pay to upgrade her to an assigned double occupancy stateroom. This makes no sense to me. I was told when I upgraded her that her guarantee was for a double occupancy and she was charged double cruise fare for the GTY cabin. If she paid that supplement, should she not get the cabin? Or at least the points?

Does anyone know if the Enterprise Rent A Car at the address below is doing shuttles to port? 2601 S Federal Hwy thanks! Jess
